Living near this restaurant we used to go here at least once a week without a doubt with my crew of five guys.
Over the years it has been going downhill slowly with quality and expectations however I think when the lockdown started about 2 years ago is what did it in for this place.
They literally only have half of the lights on inside. There is almost nothing on the buffet and the place is always empty and I’m not sure if it’s always empty because of what’s on the buffet or what’s on the buffet is because it’s always empty however this place went from really good to really bad.
There’s one young lady that sits at the cash register and asks you how many people you will be dining with gives you your forks and your drinks and that’s it you have to ask several times for refills you have to keep asking for napkins you have to ask if they can put something on the buffet when half the containers are empty just not worth it going here anymore.

I ordered the curry chicken,pork fried rice,wonton soup,orange chicken
Everything was hott and delicious. The only complaint would be thr orange chicken was a little too overpowering with the orange. A few bites almost tasted chemically
Maybe it was just my palette.
The curry flavors and vegetables are soo delicious! Paired with the white rice was supurb!
The wonton soup is delicious and flavorful! The wontons were soft and tasty.
Pork fried chicken i like that it wasnt greasy and runny.
Service was fast. The restaurant did not have anyone inside dining in & the buffet was empty but I cant really review that because I chose takeout. The restaurant was clean or from what it looked like. It was dim inside. The owner was nice.

I use to eat here once a week. They knew me as soon as I would walk in and go ahead and bring my drink. I even ordered take out several times a week seeing as it was so close to my job. Never had any issues at all, until Covid literally killed this business. It is so disappointing to know how much you enjoyed the people and the food to now continually calling and half the time no one answers and it’s not open anytime I want to dine in. The atmosphere, the people have changed. This is just sad. This was the only Chinese in the area I would go.

The waitress and the cook said I would have to order from menu and not eat the buffet if I wanted better food. The staff was loud and upset that I wasted a plate of cold dry food. My son was with me and witnessed the worst experience in Waxhaw for lunch. I recommend not eating there if you expect warm, fresh food with a pleasant staff. Everything opposite of what I was expecting! Will never go back and look forward to the day a much better restaurant can take over that location.

They have all the regular Chinese food menu items. Prices are nominal. Food was decent quality. Noodles were not overcooked. However I was expecting more chicken in the Chicken Kung Pao. Rice was a bit dry for my taste. Buffet on weekdays between 11 am – 1 pm only. Would have liked it to run till 2 pm. Not the best ambience – dingy, muggy – probably because we were the only people in the restaurant and the air conditioning was turned off and no fans. Lady who took our order was competent, just don’t expect any small talk. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible.

I am fed up with this place. I was a customer for many years. There is a young lady there who has been very rude to me in the past. I always ignored her. I attempted to get some food off of the Buffet last night. I asked if they were going to add more food to the buffet. She snapped at me for the last time. She told me they were not going to add food to the buffet for one person. I was so stunned, I put my To Go plate down and left. I have never been treated that poorly in my life.

I looked at the other reviews and they were terrible. I didn’t believe it so I went myself with my fiance. The food was cold. The food was disgusting. And the food was not fresh. As soon as we got there we asked to sit by the window and the guy rudely told me no and sat us he one place that we didn’t want to be seated. They made us feel rushed. And we had to repeatedly ask for drink refills. Never going back there again. Worst experience of my life. **UPDATE** We got food poisoned from the food not being up to tempeture and being left out.

Yes, it’s well priced, buffets are a hit or miss & Yes the waitress is at times snippy. Lolo!

Last week the waitress told our son he couldn’t change choice of soft drink!?!
You see the week before we requested a change of his orange soda to mountain dew because the orange soda tasted Awful. We’ve been here a couple of times But Lately service and food are not the same.
Some food items look like they’ve been there for while. Dry and unappealing. Definitely go few minutes after lunch/dinner buffets have started and not before buffets ends so you can still get freshly cooked foods.
Most importantly the Shrimp needs to be deveined. I know it’s more a cosmetics purpose but if you can clearly see the vein do not eat it.
Again it’s not Bad place just got to roll the dice and hopefully you score.

Do NOT go here. I got sick and began to vomit immediately after. I was warned in person and saw bad reviews but decided to try anyway. Don’t be that guy. Trust me. You will regret it. I’ve never been sick after eating somewhere until now. DON’T GO!!!

Always amazing, hot fresh fast takeout. We’re homebodies and like to eat at home so we never eat the buffet. Takeout is always ready within 10 mins and its always piping hot. Lady at the register is extremely kind and lovely. We frequented the other shop in Indian trail for years and was very pleased to find this one when we moved. 谢谢!!
