Cozy base restaurant. Came here a couple times after skiing. I recommend the elk chili or the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Both were amazing. The BLT was also a good choice if you aren’t in the mood for something hardy. They have a good variety drink list to choose from too. I personally liked how you have to order. You choose a table, scan the qr code, put in your table number, and order though your phone. Waitress just comes to you when your order is ready and gratuity is already added to your check. I can see how it could be difficult for older not so tech savvy individuals, but if you are having issues a waitress will come by with an ipad to help you out.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! We tried 9380 for breakfast not knowing it was under new ownership! (We are staying in a hotel next door.) You order from a live person, menus, full service. The food was VERY GOOD! The toast was fresh, grain bread, the omelet was perfect and Ed, our server was excellent! Open all year round! Try this restaurant!

There are some good things about this place and some areas of that could use some improving. I will start by saying we stayed at Elevations for 4 nights and ate here multiple times due to the location.
The good:
-The ordering on the app was easy and convenient! It was nice to order drinks by the fire without having to get up and go to the bar
-The elk chili is REALLY good! Unfortunately, out of the 6 different entrée items we ordered, this is the only one we could say this about.
Where they could improve:
-The overall quality of food was abysmal. We ordered 2 avacado toast’s in the morning and they showed up looking like….well, just look at the photo we posted.
-If you pay with a CC there is no tip line. The guests sitting next to us informed us that tip is already included, but the bartender told us that they are only allowed to accept tips in cash form. Still not sure which is true but if tips ARE included, the staff is definitely taking advantage of people not knowing this.
-The overpriced drinks are something I have become accustomed to at Ski Resorts, especially nice ones like CB. However, my Manhattan tasted like it was made purely from bitters with no alcohol in it……stick to wine or beer here to be on the safe side.

Technology doesn’t always make things better. Just like a Walmart self-checkout, you have to place your own order. I added the $2 bacon to my breakfast burrito which didn’t happen in the kitchen. We had wait staff come to our table exactly two times. Once to bring water, and then to drop off our food after about 20 minutes. It was X-mas day, so I’ll cut some slack there, but the fact that “tip is included” means there is not much effort needed by the staff. I never did get my bacon 🙁

if you want more than one drink then prepare to make 3 separate drink orders on your phone. don’t understand why there’s not waiters but whatever. chili cheese fries were soggy and the waiter spilled grease all over my face mask delivering them. this place blows

The staff was quite clueless and when we asked for the check we received multiple confused looks from different members of the staff. One of the runners eventually came up to us, gave us an “estimate” of our total ($7) for a coffee and hot chocolate without even bringing us a receipt, and simply took our card behind the counter and still did not bring us a receipt. Quite sketchy and will not be returning.

The meats were burned and the menu items were very overpriced. The servers were lazy and non existent towards my family and I. When the manager saw, he started serving us instead of the so called “Server”, they ended up being nice at the end and gave us a free dessert and the bill was on the house. But still it looks like they spent most of the money on the furnishing and got most of the employees on a discount.

Had lunch here three days in a row. Good options for a quick, satisfying, tasty meal. Friendly accommodating staff. Especially good spot with kids in tow. Nothing fancy, but I’m Surprised the reviews are so negative. We found the online ordering system easy and fast. It’s convenient for a break from the slopes and has ample indoor and outdoor seating.

Staying at the elevation and stopped by for a drink on the patio. What amazing service!! We were greeted by a very friendly host. As we say and enjoyed the mountain side view we observed amazing customer service going above and beyond numerous times. A group near us with small children began to get restless, the host brought them a s’mores kit for the fire pit. Another group had their dog with them and their waitress brought the dog a bowl of water and the same amazing host brought dog treats to their dog and a couple others nearby. The atmosphere was so welcoming, the drinks were great and the music choices added to the afternoon.

We had a great night of dining. I guess we came on a better evening than most reviewers, because the service was fast and the waitress was attentive. Odd that you have to order on your mobile device, though. We had a dairy allergy to work around, so the waitress took our order by hand anyway (although she had to go search down a piece of paper to write it on.). Food was great! Good sized portions
