Had a sweet tooth for a milkshake and went through on 11/1/25 at 910PM and Justin served me in the Drive Thru and he was the most kindest person I’ve encountered in a good while asked how my day was going, had a smile, asked if I needed extra napkins and or a drink carrier my apple pies were great he did a nice bag roll very good work ethic very old fashioned positive and polite crew everyone was hard working. Very professional. Nice to see that kind of Customer Service in this world nowadays it’s like the old days. Very satisfied give Justin and the guy he was working with a raise or promotion.

If I could give zero stars I sure would. First of all I bought a Balloon for the Miracle Network always put my Miracle Granddaughters name on them. But wasn’t even allowed to write anything on it. Next my order was all wrong. The older lady working the counter was more worried about a co-worker Chelsea. My Granddaughter wanted a Cheesebuger Cheese & Ketchup only didnt get that I wanted a Big Hot Ham & Cheese nope didnt get that either. Fries tasted like they were rolled in salt and cold. What I got was a Mushroom & Swiss and some kind of deluxe Cheeseburger. I repeated the Cheeseburger 3 times because she kept saying where’s Chelsea. When walking away she stopped me and said did you get a special sandwich grabbed my bag took out a sandwich dont know which one it was. Put it in a smaller bag dropped it on the floor stuck another sandwich in the bag and said there ya go. As a truck driver that stood there already for 25 minutes didn’t have time to check my bag. I will NEVER eat at this Hardee’s ever again. Amd I really like Hardee’s your loss not mine. Get some friendlier people to work your front counter. 0 Stars

We haven’t had Hardy’s around my area for a long time. So I was quite happy to Run into one. Got the monster Burger and it was good. But it just seemed a lot better In the 90s

Truly enjoy Hardee’s. Today well the good was very good looking. The staff on the other hand was anything but enjoyable. The lady running the register her name was Bambi. Really needs to work on customer service. She is very gruff and unpleasant. She is very short with questions and not friendly.

Came in at about 910 pm first thing i said is everything im gonna order I want dropped fresh please… lady says ok .. so we order 35 bucks in food for me and my 2 kids lol she says can I get u 2 apple pies they just came up … I said sure … then I repeat again I say pls make sure they drop all my food fresh I dont want old food for 35 bucks … she says sure …. 2.5 min to 3 min goes by and she hands me my food … I look at my son and say no way it’s fresh bc that chicken sandwich takes 6 min to cook … go to table fries are soggy as all get out and my so called fresh 13.50 dollar sandwich is barely warm and old as all get out … horrible customer service here

First time here today, asked the cashier’s opinion between the bacon cheeseburger and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, she said the Nashville was better.
So I ordered it.. and I didn’t even finish it, it was so bad. If I was still there, I’d ask for a refund, but took it to go.
The bun was stale, and for some reason had dirty marks on the bottom of it. The chicken itself was definitely processed and smashed back into a patty, half the size of the one in the picture, and bland/gross at the same time..
Not worth the money, maybe their burgers are better but I’ll never know because I won’t be going back to risk my lunch again.

Went this morning for breakfast and the lady working the counter, Judy, was amazing! Every time we come in and she is working she is always very friendly, quick, and efficient! Love that! Great customer service.
