Highly professional customer service, Managers and staff were very polite, preformed a diligent investigation which revealed the truth. The isolated incident regarding a bone fragment found in the meat was from the meat supplier. Jersey Mike’s passed Board of Health inspections on this incident. They returned our money and offered us a free meal.

Took my first bite and wanted to write this. I stopped in tonight around 6:30. I travel a lot and eat at a lot of Jersey Mikes. I asked what they recommended for toppings aside from the standard on my sandwich and they impressed! After a long week of work, it is exactly what I was looking for. 10/10!!

I would like to thank four wonderful workers today. They were in such a good mood, and their bubbly personalities shined through to customers in the nicest way—everyone was smiling! I came in around 12:30 to get two sandwiches for my husband and me, and I was so impressed with the service.

Probably has to be one of the worst Jersey Mike’s experience I’ve ever had first the workers were very rude. I’m did an online order. It said it would be ready at 6:09. It was was ready at 6:29 I get it gets busy put 20 minutes. I should not have to wait 20 minutes when the store is empty. and there was five workers working at the time and my food was wrong

The workers were pleasant and friendly and they had fresh meat and the meat slicer right there in front of us and the original Italian cold was very good I at first had a new employee but he was being trained by the manager I assume I had a coupon that was for a giant sub at half price and they excepted it

Walked in and greeted immediately with a smile!!! The simplest of gestures makes a world of difference! First time eating Jersey Mike’s ( number 7- Mikes way ) and it was delicious! Thank you! Will be back!

We had a pretty bad experience here. My girlfriend and I ordered together but they forgot to make my order so she was already done eating before they even started making mine. When they finally realized that they forgot to make the order, they rushed to get it to me. In the process of rushing, they left the cheese completely unmelted and gooped up into the one corner of the sandwhich. On top of that they ripped the bun in half, making the sandwich basically impossible to eat without making a huge mess. Also the sandwich was significantly smaller (by about 2 inches I would say) than usual. I asked the manager for another sandwich and they at least courteous enough to make one but the manager didn’t seem at all concerned with the fact that they were selling sandwiches this low of quality. He seemed annoyed to have to make it again. In general the whole vibe here was very lazy, not especially clean and all around just lacking any pride. I would not recommend this location to others.

Went to this location 2 different times recently and both times there is NO way their bread is made FRESH Daily! Especially today’s sandwich, the bread was so stale! It costs way too much for that kind of food.
