I ordered the Nutella Açaí Bowl and really enjoyed it! The fruit was fresh, the toppings were generous, and the Nutella added the perfect sweet touch to balance the tart açaí. It was filling, colorful, and nicely presented. Staff were friendly and quick with the order.
Only suggestion would be to add a bit more açaí base, as the toppings sometimes outweigh it. Overall, a delicious treat I’d definitely come back for!

The best place for acai bowls. They offer a huge variety of options, and the interior is bright, colorful, and full of great vibes and music. The food was delicious, and they even have a wonderful perk for families — a chest with free toys for kids.

Playa Bowls in downtown Castle Rock serves up some seriously tasty smoothie and oatmeal bowls, but be ready to shell out some cash!
My daughters each got the Stupid Cupid smoothie bowl, and they loved it—big portions, fresh ingredients, and a solid Nutella-to-fruit ratio (very important). My steel-cut oatmeal bowl with strawberries and blueberries was good too, but the real surprise was the sweetener situation. You can’t just add your own honey or sugar—you have to order it with your bowl, and it’ll cost you extra. A tiny teaspoon of honey and a little brown sugar set me back over $2… sweet, but not in the way I expected.
After tip, our three bowls came to about $46, which felt a bit steep. I mean, for that price, I was hoping my smoothie would come with a side of financial advice.
That said, the flavors were great, and everything tasted fresh. It’s only been open a few weeks, so maybe they’ll tweak a few things over time. I’ll definitely eat here again—just not too often, unless I win the lottery!

The açaí bowl was decent—fresh toppings and a nice presentation. The flavor was good, even though the açaí was icy (with frozen bits) and I had not eaten it that way before. Portion size was fair, though the price felt a bit high (over $16). It’s a solid option if you’re craving an açaí bowl. Friendly service and a nice spot overall.

I’ve been waiting for a good smoothie place in Castle Rock!!! The bowls we got were so good! I got the Electric Mermaid and it was delicious. The only thing they didn’t have was outdoor seating since we brought my dog with, so we walked down the street a little bit. I will be back for more smoothie bowls soon!
