This is okay for a quick meal. Its pretty much a fast food seafood spot. We often use the backroom for networking..biz and have a bite after. Its okay. Friendly staff and quick. The place is a weekly social spot, meet some good people there.

We love this place. The service is friendly and efficient and the food is delicious and reasonable. We have many favorites here including the pan seared scallops and lobster Mac and cheese pictured, we also like the seafood in a bag, Kobe sliders, garlic noodles, salads, and other items. Plenty of comfortable seating.

I recently visited Ben’s Crab with my wife, and let me tell you, it was claw-some! We ordered the lobster with garlic butter, and it was so good, I almost fought her for the last bite (don’t worry, she won). The lobster meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly complemented by the rich, garlicky sauce – so fresh, it felt like it swam straight to our table!

Came with my grandmother for dinner. Was sat quickly and the sever came over after a few minutes. That was about all the interaction we had with him.
Food came fast. Quality has definitely decreased. Out of 1/2 lb of mussels 5 of them were closed. Maybe instead of sending the food out lightning fast a few extra seconds for a quality check would benefit.
There was also a bad potato in my grandmother’s plate. The server did not check in with us at all until the end. I asked for to go containers and he brought them out and said he would package the leftovers for us. I told him I would do it myself and he said it wouldn’t fit the container. I said it’s fine and we’re not picky and she doesn’t have much left anyway. While I was packing my plate he took my grandmother’s and tied the boil bag and placed it into another bag anyway.
While we were waiting for the check filth flies kept landing on the table and bench where my grandmother was sitting. I still tipped 20% but I probably won’t be coming back to this location.

got the seafood boil bag and their house sauce it was bad for me the house sauce was thick and paste orange wise in color was giving off a butter chicken kind of sauce. the drink i got was ocean juice 90% of that taste of the Achol. didn’t like the drink. the Cajun fries were good and the fried calamari was also good. Staff was good also. But next time if ill spend so much I might as well maybe go to Voodoo Crab for that Seafood. I deal with Food as my Job and knowing what FDA requires and High class chefs and Airlines Chefs need to work on the sauces and drinks.

The margarita was sour/sweet so I did not drink it gave it back to the waiter. The crab leg with shrimp was delicious ! Only thing is this place attracts ratchet people. If you’re not used to loud people loud music and women twerkin then I would avoid this location
