Was attended by a Caucasian blonde female in a pony tail, January 10 2023 around 5 pm . My son was politely asking her a question about the strawberry drink, she rolled her eyes at him and answered him reluctantly with an annoyed attitude. He is just 14 years old and she treated him in an un necessary manner for a human being and especially being in a customer service position. We visit this Starbucks every time we shop at target, we purchase for between 1-4 people each time.
If this person is present at the time we come, we will no longer be stopping at this place.

My go-to Starbucks right here. Glad to know there’s an actual Starbucks in the area now. It’s still a bit of a drive to this location but it’s the closest one to me. Friendly baristas and great atmosphere to work/study. If not chilling at the actual place, you can get your drink/food through the drive-thru, which is what I tend to do. It’s a nice little place..definitely will keep coming back.

I am a big fan of Starbucks. I travel often and go in every city I visit and the team members are 9 times out of 10 very hospitable. The cashier at this location was so unpleasant. No warm greeting at the window handed me my drink and said absolutely nothing. Coffee was great as usual but this cashier doesn’t fit your brand.

I was just there and I had a bit of a wait in the drive thru but the person in the drive thru was all alone. My point here is that Gabby or Gabbie however it is spelled was an absolute delight and was so positive and composed. Would go back for her alone. Top class customer service. I liked this Starbucks because I was able to get my drink and shop at target without having to stop at two places. They messed up my drink last week but I figured things happen & didn’t think much about it. I went back today and the girl Gwen at the register had the nastiest attitude ever! Her tone and the way she was acting was disgusting. First my order’s messed up then the next time I go this miserable girl is giving me an attitude and slamming my cup when all I said to her was hello.There’s a Starbucks store in the same shopping center. I rather take the second trip instead of wondering if I’ll get the correct order and/or an attitude.

I wait in line for 10 minutes so I figure it would be easier If I place my order online since I have been waiting I get yelled out by they lady speaking through the speaker I said hi I’m here to pick up for Malitta she says when did you place the order I say a few minutes ago she goes maybe next time you can be more considerate when placing an order online I say ok after getting embarrassed yet my food is ready when I get to the window which was much faster than any other day I order through drive thru. I have never been treated so rudely.

I always wait in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. They make my drinks wrong all the time. I asked for one to be made over because my hot tea looked like milk. They still gave it to me wrong. My drinks always taste disgusting. I’ll be sticking to inside Target for now on.
