Truly a great place to eat. The restaurant is very clean and the food is beyond fresh. It’s easy to see that most diahes are made when ordered. You can also pick the spicy Ness level, so no need to be worried about being too spice. I ordered “spicy” level and it was perfect for me. My new favorite place! Feedback for the owners: the restaurant was cold, maybe because the kitchen door was open. Would also be a good idea to put up a sign that customers can see from the road.

We’ve driven by this little restaurant several times but today we decided to check it out. We really have found a hidden gem here!
Very well supported by locals.
Clean dining area. Helpful staff. Very clean public washroom.
The menu has a good variety. The cream cheese wontons are some of the best I’ve ever tasted! I’d highly recommend trying the Thai iced coffee as well.
We will definitely be back.

Tried the drunken noodles for the first time and have had it twice this week! Absolutely delicious and flavorful, seasoned just right. The owners are very friendly and are making sure you you don’t wait long for your order.

I’m in absolute heaven. I’m up here for a hockey tournament and never expected to find a Laotian restaurant. I needed to find something different than bar food and this place did not disappoint. Pictured is the beef laarb. Medium spice. My mouth is watering from all the flavors. I’m going to go here on my way home back to southern MN. Great job to the owners for bringing authentic Lao cuisine to this community. 100% recommended!

We drove from Oregon and didn’t see any Laotian or Thai restaurants on our route so we were happy to see one here in Minnesota! My husband is from Thailand. His parents are from Vientiane, Laos and are all fluent in Laotian. We were able to visit with the Laotian family, get to know more about their story and when they came to America. We enjoyed the traditional Laotian food and experience. They have three tables on their deck for an outdoor dining experience. Seating inside is about three booths, a table for four and a few other small tables. Our waiter was the son and cook was the mom. Most people were getting takeout. There are many options on their menu. They serve pho here, some curry dishes, stir fry dishes, sticky rice, papaya salad and many appetizers.

The food was delicious, takeout was quick and staff were friendly. However, upon opening the cream cheese wontons, we discovered that a feather had been stuck to one of the dumplings and had gone through the fryer with them. Very disappointing to find at an otherwise solid restaurant.

I have tried pho a lot of places, but this was in my top five! Very good. Hidden gem of Warroad for sure.

First time here and very impressed. From the soup appetizer to my curry fried rice to my husband’s Warroad fried rice, we found it all very delicious. The portions were huge! Outstanding!

Yum! I had the Lard Na with chicken. I’d never had it before. It was very nice. Fresh veggies and cool kind of rolled noodles in a nice sauce, and a generous portion. The space is pretty small with only a handful of tables. It is very clearly a popular takeout spot. We were in town for a youth hockey tournament and this spot was one of those great surprises in a tiny town in a remote part of the state.
