I’ve now gone to the Starbucks 3 times you really can’t go wrong with the food, so that’s been good. I love the caramel ribbon crunch frappe with a LOT of caramel. All 3 times I’ve requested that they coat my cup and give me a lot of Carmel drizzle. I am a little disappointed that they just so cheap on the caramel. I’ve said coat the cup, I’ve said extra, extra, extra caramel, still I keep getting the same amount of caramel. I’m sure corporate wants to see good numbers for the first quarter, but I wanna see Carmel in my cup or I’m not coming back for time number 5, 6, I’ll just go down the road.

I ACCIDENTALLY placed my order for the pickup counter and went through the drive thru (which was empty btw) and the lady at the drive thru rudely told me “next time place it for the drive thru” in a condescending tone. As if walking the five feet to the inside counter makes a difference. Always good to start my work morning with an attitude.

My only issue is the signage from the street.
Had I not been up the street when I opened the app to place an order I’d have no clue this place was here.
Even knowing that it was here, I couldn’t see any signage clearly (coming from the North) until I was less than a 100ft from the entrance.
