We were so glad we found this bakery! We lived in Europe for a few years, and had been missing the amazing baked goods from over there. The breads and baked goods sold here were just like the ones from Europe! We loved all of the pastries we tried and the fresh baguette was wonderful. We were thrilled to discover that they sold French flour!

The family that runs the bakery was really friendly and gave great recommendations on things to try. We can’t wait to come back and try some of their other breads!

This is seriously a hidden gem in Omaha! Tucked away, this is going to be a go to, especially when serving friends and family with sensitive stomachs. Reis is locally owned and only uses French flour – resulting in a thoughtful execution of ingredients and super friendly staff!

After traveling Europe, I’d been itching for a great bakery experience. These croissants did NOT disappoint.

The chocolate croissant has strong cacao flavor rather than being overly sugary sweet. It’s fluffy and flakes apart.

The almond croissant is my least favorite, just because there wasn’t a lot of creme inside. But the fluffy yet flaky texture was still there!

The not-so-sourdough was not sour – but wasn’t necessarily bad.

The raspberry pistachio SOMETHING was delicious! Sweet, balanced, and bright!

They do have one or two small chairs , but it is more of a pick up place than a dine in spot.
Go and support this small business and enjoy all these thoughtfully made pastries and treats !

Stopped by for the first time today & will be back. Great service & the pastries are delicious. Next time I’ll need to be a bit earlier as it was the end of day & the selection was a bit smaller, which is to be expected with fresh items.

I was born in France, and without a doubt, Reis’ has the best croissants I have ever eaten, (and the baguettes are delicious and reminiscent of Europe.)
The folks that work at Reis’ are kind and friendly… they treat their customers like family! The atmosphere is charming yet quiet. It’s a lovely spot to sip coffee and enjoy the amazing bakery items they serve.
Also, they sell imported flour that makes a huge difference in home bread baking.

This is my new forever home for French bakery items.

We absolutely love this Locally Owned bakery. The family that works here is truly adorable, kind, attentive to their customers needs and wants, and they work so hard to run this bakery and make their dream reality. We love supporting them. I don’t know if they have donuts, but their pastries are top tier. The cinnamon looking one in my photo (can’t remember the name) was seriously SO YUMMY! The chocolate one was good, but even better when warmed and yep, one of the best almond croissants ever. Their Chorizo bread is also so amazing. Bought two loaves. I wasn’t too impressed with the turkey jack croissant however; it wasn’t bad, just not my fave. The inside is warm and welcoming and has some chairs to dine in. It is a little small but that doesn’t bother me, just adds to the feel! I love that their pastries are all inspired from worldwide cultures. If ever nearby, and you’re a pastry lover like myself, this will not disappoint.

Wonderful gem of a bakery in Omaha. The fact that they bake with French flour and also import some baking goods from Europe as well as French butter is a dream come true. The pastries taste delicious. The baguette reminds you of Paris and the sourdough tastes just like it is without the extra stuff that they put in when you buy it at Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s. I highly recommend anyone to solely eat their bread and pastry and I’ll definitely be back.

I went on a Saturday morning, had about 5 people in line in front of me (you know this place is good when there is a line). I bought 7 different pastries (about $25 worth), they all delicious, especially the almond croissant. It was so good, I went back again the following Monday, and they ran out of Almond croissant. Also found out the ham and cheese croissant and some certain pastries are only available in the weekend. The young lady is very helpful and friendly on Monday, she answered all my questions. She gave me a punch card, which I wasn’t offered on Saturday. Overall is great, definitely will be back.

Absolutely delicious! I stopped by this bakery for the first time this morning and was greeted by the kindest person. She explained all the details and was so warm and welcoming. This experience was made even better by the absolutely delicious pastries. I can’t wait to make this our regular treat.

I live on the WestCoast and happened to stop in here. This was a birthday splurge (a cheat day on a pretty strict Keto diet). Wow. I wish I had this in my neighborhood (actually it’s probably a very good thing I do not.) The pastries taste wonderful, they are beautiful, and I believe they are a good value. One example of their attention to detail is they have separate Keurigs for coffee and Tea. As a tea drinker I appreciate that as I really don’t like the coffee undertones often found when one machine is used for both. I wish I could have tried more of their goods. The jalapeno sourdough and baguettes called to me … maybe next time.
