We are absolutely making this a once a week spot to visit. Me and my family give this place 10/10 service was amazing friendly environment order was on point. Price was very affordable. Everything tasted amazing. My personal favorite the strawberry chocolate cup….my daughter also said there Boba is the best around. Donuts were soft and not sugary which is great for anyone diabetic. I’ve only been here once but my experience was very pleasant. I ordered the half-and-half hot Cheeto and potato Korean corn dogs (half hot dog and half cheese) and 3 donuts that are Japanese inspired (cookies and cream, chocolate coconut and chocolate churro). The only reason why I didn’t give it 5/5 is that I wish there were more tables to sit at inside and I think a 5/5 restaurant as like top of the line food, atmosphere, etc. The staff was very pleasant and answered all of my questions as it was my first time there. Very clean inside as were the outside tables. The food came to $21 so I thought it was pretty reasonable. Maybe a little more than I’d think it should be but nothing outrageous as it is unique food. I thought the donuts were just OK but that’s a personal preference. I just prefer regular donuts over this type, but they were fresh and nicely prepared. I will say we LOVED the corn dogs!! They were both DELICIOUS and highly recommend! We will definitely be back for the corn dogs and to try other menu items!

Let me just start off with the good. The Milk Tea was the best thing here. The donut on the other hand was stale, not very flavorful. And the corn dog had a very odd flavor, could just be my personal pallet. But if I was to stop in here again it would be just for the drinks.

A nice little place to grab a snack or lunch! I got an original dog, ube milk tea, and Oreo donut. The food and drink was fantastic, I really loved it. Both employees I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and although they did have the music a bit too loud for my taste, it wasn’t overwhelming. What makes me give it four stars instead of five is all the plastic packaging that they use. Even though I ate everything in the store, they didn’t ask if it was for here or to-go, and served the food in styrofoam and plastic clamshells and the milk tea in a cute but plastic tumbler. I love getting one tumbler for free on my first visit, but if I get one every time I go there, I won’t want to keep them, so that becomes waste too. The trash can was full of these styrofoam and plastic containers, so I think a fair amount of people do eat in the store. I feel it would be a nicer experience plus more eco-friendly if they asked “for here or to-go” and only used the styrofoam/plastic packaging (or better yet, paper or recycled containers) for to-go orders. I’ll definitely be back because I loved the food and the service was great, but the packaging is a shame and I hope they fix it!

I recently visited Mochinut with some friends, and it was an amazing experience! Even though they were about to close, the staff went above and beyond by generously giving us a bunch of free doughnuts. The doughnuts were absolutely delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. It really made our visit special and left a lasting impression. I’m 100% going back to try their drinks next time! I highly recommend Mochinut for anyone craving tasty treats and exceptional hospitality!

This place is terrible. Just when we get something new to Winter Haven, it fails the community. My second time coming here and it’s no better. First night it was busy. Today is dead. Only 3 people inside the building including the cashier. Had nets flying around the inside, strong cleaning product smell, boys found the donuts garbage, and then to top it off, my total was $22.72 and I gave the cashier $23 and she tells me after I hand the money that they don’t have cents for change. And the food is really not that good. Below mediocre!
And the milkshakes are not milkshakes, more like aftertaste protein shakes.

Had such a great experience today! The young woman helping us was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. I was there with my gluten-free nephew and she took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we understood the ingredients. Her customer service was truly excellent, and she made the whole visit feel welcoming and easy. It’s always refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares about helping customers.
