Cant give 0 stars. Came in and when to the bathroom to wash my hands a lady came out of the kitchen door looks me up and down and says bathroom is for customers only. I explained i was just washing my hands then i was going to order. She looked me up and down again and said ok fine. I am dusty from working. Then the guy who made the sandwich was throwing things on the sandwich with no care and kept forgetting what i ordered. Will never return. AVOID AT ALL COST

Be careful doing mobile orders here. U will get charged and order cancelled right away but charge stays. U go in to see what’s going on u just get “well no order came thru”… Something not right with this place

We bought 4 sandwiches, little over $40 worth off food and this has to be the worst Subway experience ever. I had a 12″ Turkey Club, and I’m not joking that there was only 1 slice of Turkey on each 6″ side of the sandwich. I took two bits and all I got was bread and lettuce. The other sandwiches were the same. Complete rip off and waste of money. DO NOT GO HERE, there’s another Subway in McHenry that’s 100x better.

I bought 1 sandwich #17 and 1 #40 wrap and a bag of chops. Total came to $32.29. That’s fine. But there was a super thin layer of what I think was roast beef. Tasted off. The bread was hard and the sandwich was loaded with vegetables that where not fresh at all. Super soggy. I wish I could upload a pic of my husband’s sandwich. Just gross.

Came in with a coupon for a footlocker meal for $8.99, was told the chicken was an extra $3, didn’t even scan the coupon and I paid $14 for my meal. Never coming back.
My recommendation: go to the subway that’s nearest to Culver’s.

Bought a 6” tuna, i buy them all the time. Bread here like leather definitely a day or two old, less tuna than any sandwich I’ve ever gotten from a subway, cucumbers were a few days old yellowed and wilted. Sandwich was inedible. Based on other reviews and my experience I do not know how they still have a franchise. Don’t appreciate having to wait so I can ask for a napkin which are kept behind the counter.

This was the worst location. Granted I received a deal due to the coupon but there was literally one slice of turkey one of ham not double cheese very few toppings. I have never had a bad experience but went to a new subway. Without coupon this sub would have been 14 dollars. I used the 6.99 but that shouldn’t be used against me.

For my philly cheese steak sandwich I didn’t get enough meat through or just bits at the end, one two tomatoes instead of three less ingredients then asked. This is why I prefer Subway on Rt. 120.
