On a rare occasion, I get food delivered. Tonight was that kinda night. And, woo – JJs. When I placed the order, I got a text that Uber was delivering. I didn’t order via Uber eats, but directly through the JJs app. Weird, but ok… So, in a fairly reasonable time, an Uber driver shows up with *an* order. Not mine. Not what I ordered, not what I wanted. And because somehow Uber served as a middle person for delivery, there’s no recourse. JJs could refund or, this time, they could send their own delivery person with the food. But no comps for the mistake or delay – take it or leave it. Again, what?? So, in practice, this meant that I tipped two drivers and my food took over an hour. Like many aspects of our online lives, Jimmy John’s is fully enshittified.

I usually order food delivery from this location but not anymore. I hate to be a Karen but I ordered my food and it took them 2hrs to get it delivered. It obviously arrived soggy and am sad I paid almost $18 for a soggy sandwich after working all day not to mention at the time of ordering the bottled soda wasnt available so i had to get a fountain drink and paid extra for a large. When it arrived all the ice was melted and my drink was watered down. this was tge cherry on top to a bad day:( this location is NOT freaky fast at all and will never order delivery again

Honestly insane I’m leaving a review for JJ but this location is the absolute worst. I’ve worked in food service for 15 years. I always give the benefit of the doubt. I’m never greeted at this store and most of the time my sandwiches are wrong but I just imagine the employees had a bad day and let it go. Tonight my order was missing a drink. No biggie, so I called to just get that refunded. Dude on the phone refused the refund and then said, “you got your meal anyways” and hung up on me. It should have been a simple, “our bad, here ya go.” Y’all make more money than I do. In this economy, it’s a big deal to buy food out. I’m not sure why I’m treated like an enemy at this location or they can’t even seem to scrape up some human decency. It’s basic.

My Unwich was not made correctly. I couldn’t gradually unwrap it because the person who wrapped it, wrapped the paper inside the sandwich so every bite would have paper if I left it. I could also tell it wasn’t made correctly because there was a literal cup worth of shredded lettuce shoved into the top of it. After three bites of just lettuce, I stopped and pulled it all out. The toppings were about half what they normally are—2 tomato slices, 4 pickle slices, a few onion slices, and *maybe* a little mayo. I gave service 3 stars because the delivery guy was nice, but it took 30 minutes to be delivered. I’m very disappointed in my lunch. It definitely left much to be desired and I’m still hungry.

Don’t order delivery unless you never want to receive your food—I paid over $49, including tip for the delivery driver, for two sandwiches, two bags of chips and one pasta side. This location needs a new “manager” or be shut down. The “manager” wouldn’t even give me their name.

This place was just weird , firstly since when is cheese and extra charge on a sub? The manager said it’s always been like that, Secondly the dude tore half of my bread out of the bottom bun and threw it in the trash! I was thinking to my self , throwing away good bread that some one else could eat let , why?, I mean I like the bread , that’s why I go to JJ’s, but no they were just not very customer friendly- i probably wouldn’t go back.

I ordered my food at 8:37pm. Right now it’s 10:18pm and I still have no food. The driver said he dropped it off at the door. I live in an apartment complex, we have nothing. Now everything is closed because it’s Sunday. What the heck Jimmy John’s.
