I have been going here since they opened and their prices have gone up while the quality and service have died . The lady’s nice but not a good server. Basic check ins or water refills when it’s dead doesn’t seem much to ask . This child plate, was 9.9, it’s just beans and cheese notice the size of the soda and the burrito, the small amount of beans on this plate was more than what was in the burrito, I ordered 2 of them and they were both tiny. My kids were still hungry after. They do not invest in their place, they do nothing for their locals. I would recommend going the extra 15 minutes to Ernesto’s where you can get a bigger burrito for your child at almost half the cost.

Great place for a family meal. We’ve been frequenting Chips and Salsa for several years now. The service is friendly and quick. Food quality is good and portion size is good. The chips come to the table warm and the salsa is really great. My favorite meal is the #11, which is a combo plate, including a taco, enchilada and a chili relleno, rice and beans. Just describing it is making me hungry again.

There’s only 3 places to eat in Veyo. Mexican, pizza or pie. The food was typical Mexican. Hard to mess that up. I ordered the 6 streets tacos. Half steak. Half chicken. And a veggie burrito. The rice was dry but edible. The restaurant is old but charming. There were flies when we went there and had to constantly wave them away. The best part was our waitress. I didn’t get her name but I’m going to assume she’s the only waitress there as she told us she lives across the street. She was super nice and friendly and found out that every one who comes in asked her for directions so I named her the local tour guide.

The food here is decent for a quick Mexican meal without a drive to St. George. The service really depends on how busy they are, but I would overall recommend.

This was a great little restaurant to find. I would give it five stars, but unfortunately the service was very very slow. If you have time to wait, this is a great place to go. The food is delicious, and it’s right across the street from Vayo pies (bonus). Also, I like to judge restaurants by how clean their bathrooms are, and their bathroom was amazingly clean!

The customer service was above what I would have expected in such a small town (I’m local). The food was great, even after tske-out, and the conversation was extraordinary while I waited. Please stop here and support a local business! It’s so good and reasonably priced!
