This is my second time at this place. The first time I had noodle. The broth was good, but too much noodle. This time I tried Bibimbap – Korean rice bowl with meat and egg. It was very good. The meat is tasty. Vegetable mixed well with meat and sauce.

The service is good. It’s quick and convenient for an hour lunch break.

It is semi- self service as you order at the counter, grab complimentary water or your choice or drink, find a table, and the food is served to your table.

The place is clean. There are not many tables. The place is not very big. It is for quick meal, not sitting down dining.

Many options..had the Korean Bibimbap, which is a mixture of bean sprouts, hot paste, onions, your choice of meat, rice, egg, crispy vegetables, and kimchi It’s very tasty. Has its own twist and flavor. All Korean restaurants have their own taste. This is not a Korean only. There are many other types asian dishes. It was busy, the building was small, and seating was limited. Great customer service. Clean restrooms. Street parking. Will definitely eat here again.

My wife, daughter, and I ate here for the first time, and the hostess very kindly explained the menu to us. The food was incredibly delicious with generous portion sizes. If you like ramen and Asian cuisine, you’ll love Stellar Noodle Co.

Let’s start with the one negative… the food took awhile. But, it is a soft opening and the place was VERY busy.
The waitress was extremely nice. We were welcomed and explained the dishes. Ordering was easy. The water is self-serve, which is nice, especially if you’re a water connoisseur like myself. Let’s talk dishes. The Ramen tastes VERY fresh. Some of, if not, the best noodles I’ve had. I chose the Wakayama. The broth was delicious. The egg and veggies were scrumptious and delightful additions to the noodles. My girlfriend had the Miso. Her broth was a bit lighter, but mushrooms were the standout here. Overall, a pair of amazing Ramen soups! Oh, that’s not all. You get fish cakes with your meal. These were very tasty and I strongly recommend dipping them in the sauce. Flavorful, yet without the greasy feel you get from some fish cakes. These were cooked perfectly. I highly, so so so highly recommend eating here!
Two really well portioned meals for a total of $25!

This is my very favorite restaurant in Huntington! I absolutely adore it here. I always get the bibimbap and cucumber salad. Delicious! My only criticism is that if you get the food to go, the cucumber salad comes in a little paper tray box thingy and the juices from the cucumbers melt through it. I got home to eat and my entire bag was wet. Annoying, but not bad enough to take a star off. Hopefully they will change this!

They are a bit more expensive, I spent almost $30 on this meal alone, but these days that’s just par for the course. And I am happy to splurge for such yummy food.

We drove to Huntington specifically to try the ramen here and it was pretty tasty. The broth was very good and the portions were large. My wife said she’d prefer more broth and less noodle. I’m not a soup guy but I’d agree for one reason and that one reason is one of two that I couldn’t give 5 stars for the food. They’re using spaghetti pasta instead of ramen. The soup is still very good but it’s not ramen. The texture is all wrong. The other negative is the pork. Fatty cuts of pork need to be cooked slowly so that the fat melts in your mouth. Theirs is tough and hard to eat, especially on the bao. I couldn’t take a bite without pulling all the meat off the bun. Still, the flavor was good and the steamed buns were light and fluffy. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back the next time I’m in town.

Second time trying this place tonight, it’s officially my new favorite place to go after class. Service was stellar ; ) (see what I did there lol) The person at the register assisted me with the menu and helped me build a delicious dinner meal for myself. I love the self serve water and the ambiance of the dining room area. Much love
