Delicious! I heard mixed reviews about Cava so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I was presently surprised. I ordered the spicy lamb meatball and avocado bowl because I love lamb, and it was delicious. The toppings were fresh, the meatballs, sauces and hummus were all flavorful as well. With the base and toppings my bowl was filled to the top and I didn’t finish it all. The only complaint is the serving size of the sauces in the side. The side of tzaziki was not even half way filled plbased in the small scoop that they used. The price was definitely not cheap, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. And nothing nowadays is cheap. For the quality of food and the freshness I had no problem with the price. However, if you are taking a family (4-5 people) please consider that you may spend $80-100 on casual dining. The restaurant is also small inside, but it was clean. I took my food to go and it was just as flavorful as if I had eaten in the restaurant.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. It’s like the people hate their job. Every time I come they have an attitude and always give you very little amounts of food and when you tell them put more they want to charge you extra when in reality that’s what they should have given you in the first place. They also have the food cold. They didn’t even fill the bowl. I like Cava but this one sucks all the way. The customer service is just so bad. They are absolutely horrible.

Well I’d never been to a Cava before so this is my only experience. It took me about 4 tries but I was able to finally find a bowl combination that works for me.

I’ll echo those stating portion sizes are small only because my bowl has never been filled to the brim and I’ve seen enough of the reviews to know this is a thing. But I’ll also state, I dont eat much and the bowl has lasted me 2 days.

It was crowded the first week I went and you could tell the employees were getting adjusted. Every single time I went that first week, an item was missing like the pita chips or free side pita. I believe this issue is because Cava prints all items as a list in the same small font. Side items should be highlighted for the staff but I’m sure they’ll get used to it. The last time I went this past Friday, the line wasnt as long but the fountain drink area was bare bones with many of the in house drinks being empty.

I’ve never stood in line and have always ordered through the website and picked up from the inside. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating when I had to communicate about missing items.

I love Mediterranean food so I definitely enjoy the bowls. I actually have grown quite fond of the black lentils as my grain in a grain and green bowl. Whoever commented the Harissa was too spicy, I concur. I didnt realize it was spicy and thought it was the fiery broccoli but nope it was the harissa so I’ll probably never get that topping again.

This pita chips are fried pita slices and best enjoyed fresh, an old batch just tastes like fat dipped bread. The pepper and salt combo is good when done RIGHT but is disgusting if its too heavily seasoned. I didnt care for the cinnamon pita chips, only tried them because they were 300pts in rewards, never will pay for them. You get a free unfried regular piece of pita option with the bowl, the chips are good IF fresh, I’d probably not order unless I was there to see if theyre fresh.

I did the kids meal one time and suggest it for anyone wanting to “sample” the food without spending $15-$18, generally.what i pay for a bowl WITH pita chip side. If youre not familiar with Mediterranean flavors you can use this meal to taste test. The kids meal comes with the choice of 2 toppings, a dip, side of grain, AND you can get a kids portion side of pita chips. The drink is included so you can taste the housemade drinks without adding another $3 to your bill.

Stopped by this new establishment after playing some pickleball. In all our family got seven plates and we tried everything from chicken to steak to falafel, all come on a bed of rice, veggies or both. Then you get to put whatever toppings on the main “protein.” Meat was seasoned well and everything was very good. Seating is indoor tables, benches and chairs. Laid back music playing. They also have a bunch of different lemonades and juices like Pineapple Apple Mint, things you don’t get from a regular chain. Although the line was long and what seemed never ending while we were there the staff stayed positive and kept the motivation going. The line moves quick due to them, kudos to the young staff! It’s a nice change from your average chain, and is the new hot place from what it seems during our visit. Will try this again, you can make up your own dish also if you don’t like their “set” specialties. Again kudos to the staff, don’t change.

Please you big backs go to Chipotle ‍♀️. Quality food doesn’t need to be served in large portions. If you’re looking for nutrient dense rather than Chinese food carb dense that goes straight to your back this is the place for you. The sauces and hummus is a must and it’s free? Look at all this food. How is this not enough? Very flavorful and doesn’t leave me laggy after eating. So glad there’s an healthy alternative place here.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were very kind walking me through all the options for building your own bowl. My new favorite lunch spot

The food is delicious, but I agree with the other reviewers that the portion sizes are very small. My bowl was half filled, and my husband said his pita wrap was mostly bread with little filling. Hopefully this is something they fix.

I was so excited to try this location and it didn’t disappoint. There was a line but the place was clean, the patrons were nice and the staff were helpful. I will definitely be going back soon.

I love cava. I’ve ordered from them once every other week. Unfortunately this time I was left disappointed. I was given a brown almost black half of an avocado. Not only did I have to pay extra for this avocado but I was given a half that clearly isn’t good anymore. How can employees overlook this? I understand when it gets busy and you’ve got to rush to push orders out but food isn’t something that should be played about. It’s something that is very clearly OBVIOUSLY no longer fresh. Nothing can excuse this blatant negligence.

I am a big fan of CAVA and eat it often when in Columbia so I was excited to have one closer. Highly disappointed doesn’t begin to describe my feelings right now. I always get the same thing bc I love it. I build a bowl with my favs. I’m currently unable to chew the steak, not just 1 bite but almost every bite. The lintels are under cooked and still have a crunch about them. Very disappointed in my visit.
