I always love going to this Jimmy John’s. They are super kind and friendly and always have fast service, which makes it super convenient for my lunch break at work! Best Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to!

It’s Jimmy John’s! Same sandwich at every location. This location happens to be in beautiful downtown Holland, which in itself is so charming and cute. I love Jimmy John’s bread, but the lettuce wrap option works great for me when I’m looking for fewer calories.

Avoid this location. I ordered the Big John combo, but it was quite the opposite. Barely any Roast Beef on the sandwich. I added cheese but they didn’t put it on. It was a pick up order and they just had the sandwich on the rack, so I had to ask for my chips, soda, and cookie and put it in the bag myself. It was at 4:30 so shift change time, but come on!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went in at about 7 pm for a sandwich after a very long day. First off EVERYONE is on their phones not even paying attention sitting in the back. Strike one. They get up to help me and no one washes their hands…gross. You have no clue how much bacteria is on a phone. Strike 2. Then they start my sandwich and I pull out a fifty to pay my bill. I don’t typically carry large bills and I do understand the inconvenience of it however, it was all I had at the time. The guy looks at me and goes “Oh we don’t accept fifties, it’s something to do with the bank” I can tell you it has nothing to do with the bank. I would have expected when I said it’s all I got you could have been a little understanding but NOPE. So Strike 3. Do better Jimmy Johns…or at least wash your hands…

Best sandwich shop in Holland, and a downtown must visit for families. Food is fresh, shop is clean, workers are fast, and the manager is top-notch.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered here I’ve been
charged for cheese that I did NOT ask for as well as missing toppings I asked for or completely wrong toppings! The sub I got today had no pickles that I asked for an they added red chili flakes an cheese that I did not want. Maybe have your employees pay attention to orders!? Edit- this was meant for the 16th Street location

Not good for driving directions, but perfect for who people are walking downtown/8th street.
One of the many quality James&Johnathan’s for sure for sure. If youre looking for lunch while exploring Holland, this makes for the quickest and maybe cheapest option. Its super convenient for people that are walking around!

I was dragged here by my daughter, as I would rather hit a local, rather than chain restaurant… that said, best JJ sandwich ever. When I go, I always order #7, so I am comparing with other JJs. Service was spot on. Super clean. To the point, I noticed all the extra food on shelves were neat and faced. I’ll be back.

Nope, nope, nope. I’m normally a fan of Jimmy John’s, but my experience at this one really irked me. First, we ordered four sandwiches for my family to take to a park for a picnic, and one of them was completely wrong. Not just a few wrong toppings, but an entirely different sandwich from what we ordered. Of course we didn’t discover it until we unwrapped it at the park. But second, when I paid with a credit card, the payment screen prompted me for a tip and gave me three options: 15%, 18%, or 20%. Or I could click the small “other” button at the bottom (and then presumably select a different amount or none at all). Now I’m normally very supportive of the industry, and I’m all for supporting those who work in the current nationwide worker shortage, but I absolutely DETEST this new practice of forcing customers to tip in situations like this, especially ones where tipping wasn’t formerly customary (this was a takeout meal, and the staff there are paid an hourly wage that does NOT assume they will receive tips). If you want to give me the option of leaving a tip, fine. But making a tip the default, and making me go through extra button presses if I do NOT want to leave a tip, is offensive and insulting. If your business isn’t making ends meet, raise the prices of your sandwiches. But stop shaming customers into paying more for their meals than advertised.
