Why doesn’t the Mountain Home Air Base store participate on the online website and the online deals program? My wife and her friends were informed they couldn’t use the cell phone app to access the deals menu, they had to have a printed coupon only? I have tried to find a site that provides printed coupons to no avail. The Mountain Home Air Base store carries the same name and products as a standard Subway store, why don’t they offer the same deals. Finally, the Manager of the store was very rude when asked to explain. They din’t have time to deal with such useless issues!!!

Worst subway, sandwich shop, and restaurant I have ever had. I am done giving them chances. The sandwiches they make don’t even come close to the nutritional information advertised. 4-5 olives sprinkled across a foot long sandwich, grabbing a handful of spinach then putting half of it back, sprinkling 3-4 onions. The only thing they probably give proper portions of is the meat and cheese because they are required to. Please… If you don’t want to serve the customer then don’t work in customer service. I wish the base would get rid of this contract and the employees and replace it with a Blimpies.

Every time i come here im standing here for at least 10-15 minutes, whether it be lunch rush or the employees not coming out of the back to check if anyone is waiting to be helped. There is no in between with this shop. The sandwiches are half assed at best a good majority of the time. Find myself taking a bite of nothing but bread at times.

The service is fast and the sandwiches are great. We like coming to the one here since we live on base. Sure, sometimes it is busy, but we have to respect that a lot of service members eat here. I haven’t had any issues any of the times I came here.

Closing time is 8 o’clock subway randomly decides to close at 7? Inconsiderate of customers hunger. Very disappointing subway.
