Amazing ice cream. Went on a busier day, you might wait a little while but it is worth it. Ordered Stay Golden which had the Oreo chopped up into the ice cream roll, waffle cone on top with cream and Carmel. Also The Duke which has Nutella in the base, marshmallow is on top with the cream, chocolate and Pokey Sticks. Staff was friendly and helpful.

i’ve been coming here for years, and it’s amazing every time. the owners are the sweetest people ever, they remember faces and have great conversations. ice cream is a solid 10/10, i recommend the great britain if you like cookie butter, and the dubai chocolate cups are 1000% worth the wait. i’m moving to texas soon and im going to miss this place congrats on your place in the square

I am new in the area and wanted to try new food and eateries. I came across this place on my instagram and notice that they sell Dubai chocolate options a long with other tasty handmade treats!
I purchased the viral Dubai’s chocolate strawberries and I am sold! It was exactly what I imagine it would taste like and I am impressed! The store seemed closed as I didn’t see any foot traffic as I was coming up but I always fine hidden gems when I randomly want something different. I am pretty sure they get a buzz especially if this treat is this good! The customer service was a plus!

Love the ice cream I ordered build my own biscoff with vanilla ice cream with biscoff cookie on top and caramel. My Kids ordered as well and loved them. Clean, very welcoming and the music is a vibe!!

First very nice place, young un supervised staff not paying attention orders. Ten dollar ice cream and not even fills the cup. Two, they forgot my Oreos, then when took back , instead making me a new one, they just put oreos on top. You get better options, more ice cream and same price at Cold

Wonderful shop that just happened to be open on Xmas Eve, it was a little busy, but worth the wait. As soon as you come in you are greeted! Never had rolled ice cream and it didn’t disappoint! Pick a base flavor, mix-ins, and your toppings and and you can watch them mix and roll your ice cream. Had a great time and it tasted amazing… And I’m lactose intolerant! lol.

Please do not come in if you are a respectable person or have a pet. The owner Alicia was VERY rude and intentionally told her staff not to make part of my order. My daughter wanted to try rolled ice cream while we walked around the area with our dog. Before entering I noticed they placed a dog bowl outside their door and assumed they were pet friendly. The water was dirty so I made sure my dog didn’t drink it before we entered the ice cream shop. Once we got in I was trying to decide what I wanted at the front of the shop when she approached me and said “dogs are not allowed” I looked at her with disbelief that she would assume I wanted to stay and questioned in my mind how could I put in an order if I can’t come in. I let her kindly know we were not planning to stay. She said we could place the order to go which is what I was going to do anyway. After placing the order my daughter stayed inside and I waited outside at the table. I noticed well after 5 minutes my daughter had gotten her order but was still waiting on mine. I began to get suspicious and signaled to her how long it would be as to be respectful not to go in. She shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t know. More time passed and I needed to find out what the hold up was. When I came in holding my dog which is hypoallergenic the owner approached me and raised her voice and restated how dogs are not allowed and was so annoyed with me. I disregarded her and asked why my order was not ready when I placed 2 at the same time. I told her I just wanted a refund for mine but she said no refunds allowed. She then lied to me and said they were in the middle of making my order and to wait. Came to find out they never were in the middle of my order because I literally watched them began my order! After they were done the workers looked dumbfounded on who to give it to so I came in to get it and left. Now fast forward hours later the owner thought this bad customer experience was funny and posted a one sided post on her instagram for likes. This was not funny, you were not polite and this is bad for business. I am a PROFESSIONAL business owner and would NEVER treat a client/customer like this unless I want to lose money which you will from me. That is the first and last time I will ever come here and will refer people elsewhere. A word of advice if dogs are not allowed IN the establishment don’t allow people with dogs to order OR have someone take the order outside!

usually I don’t mind when food doesn’t meet up to my expectations but the “no refund” on every sign should’ve been a dead give away. $3 more for extra pistachios when they hardly even give you any is insane. And yes the place does smell like strong moth balls which should have been another sign. Smoothies are good and staff was decent..

Can’t really mess up chocolate so I gave it one star. But when I came in I had pre-ordered and I was told to wait for my food that was already ready in the refrigerator while they posted content. I thought it was kind of cute until I saw my order. They totally skimped on the mix-ins after spending almost $10 on one order. I called the manager to let them know that they need to be more focused on customer service and quality and the manager argued with me, wasn’t asking for anything free. Just wanted to taste the mix-ins and see the mix-ins that I asked for and paid for. I’m a previous business owner and I understand that qualityamd customer service is key and staying in business. Especially during these times that we live in and ice cream shop should deliver. It’s unfortunate I don’t see a good future for the store if they don’t listen to the very people who can make them great their own customers. Social media posts are great but when content that they’re posting looks better than the product that’s being sold. It’s false advertisement. Can’t even find happiness in my neighborhood ice cream shop.
