This location is close to my home, unfortunately it’s hit or miss depending on the crew working. Sandwiches are always good, but the mixed flavor drinks are sketchy. I still go, it’s local and not really worth arguing over a weak drink. Would still recommend.

This is the worst Dunkin in the area! They are always short staffed in the morning which is absolutely ridiculous! They lock the door all the time and keep walk in orders on the mobile ordering if it isn’t just shut off completely because they can’t keep up. I watched a guy park his work van that can’t go through the drive thru try to pick up his walk in order then have to walk to the window for his order. Do better!

We came here 2/9/26 around 11am . We went in to see what donuts were available. There was a sign at the register that said “Use kiosk”. When we tried to find the donuts we wanted at the kiosk they weren’t there, it only had the normal options and none of the specialty ones we wanted. We waited at the register to talk to an associate but they were all near the drive through looking at us like we were mad for trying to order at the register. We eventually gave up and went through the drive through to order. When we tried to tell them what donuts we wanted, they said they didn’t know which ones we were talking about and they didn’t have them available. After 3 minutes of trying to tell them the exact donut and location/tray, we said never mind and gave up on our order.
This is the worst experience we’ve ever had at a dunkin donut and we will never return to this location again.

I love my lava cake iced coffee. Also, we ordered an iced latte with hazelnut, and we didn’t know the syrup was unsweetened, didn’t smell, or taste like hazelnut they ended up adding liquid sugar I assumed to make it sweet. Overall, it was good.The cashier was very nice, and he complemented my outfit.

This location is horrible. The drive thru is not designed well at all. The store always has an issue… not able to take card payments….not able to make hot food…don’t have this..don’t have that.
Their is one cashier with tattoos that is always on point. She knows her customers and is very nice. If it was for her I would have stopped going to this place a long time ago.

So I ordered through Doordash, for my wife and me. When we received our order, we were shocked at the drink for my wife. Wasn’t even halfway full. So I called the store and, the lady who answered said their machines were “calibrated” for a cup of full ice. Which I can understand but that is terrible customer service. So I guess we paid for a “Larg” cup but not a “Larg” drink. Also, wish they would lose their attitude when they answered.

Customer service is so important for any establishment and it’s always such a wonder when or why it lacks at certain places.
My daughter and I visited this location literally within the last hour (seeing that this probably won’t post til later, we were here on 7/16 around 915 am) and well, we left empty handed. We went in and immediately went to the wall of donuts where my daughter was letting me know which donuts she wanted. Important part of the story there were 2 individuals in black shorts in the corner sitting at a table by the bathrooms who we made eye contact with when we came in.
After awhile of not having anyone speak or acknowledge I see there is a sign about needing to use the kiosk for orders made inside. Cool that’s fine. So I find the kiosk and proceed to place my order. But all I wanted was munchkins which were no where on the kiosk. After awhile of searching I just decided we would get donuts only for the flavors that are behind the glass to also not be on the kiosk.
I go up to the register to ask some questions. There were 2 workers working the drive through and one walked past me to the donut wall and walked past me again. This is when I realized the people in the corner were workers because they kept opening and going back into the worker section. They had looked up at as multiple times and still said nothing as we clearly looked confused. So after standing at the register for a minute or so with a toddler we left.
Customer service is such an easy thing to be good at. Unless you have difficult customers which I am far from. Any ways we ended up at the morning jump across the street which is where we should have gone in the first place.
The 2 starts are for the establishment being clean and the donuts at least looking yummy.

I am visiting family and didn’t read reviews. I asked for 2 drinks with light ice. So, I got tons of space at the top of the cup. When I asked if milk could be added the (I think) manager told me he couldn’t and that he would have to charge me extra. Are you kidding me? Is it really worth that much to you? I have never encountered this at a dunkin before. See picture. Was he trtrying to prove something?
