We’ve ordered veg patties from here, it’s so horrible and pathetic. Quality of bread and especially pattie is not at all fresh. Total waste of money, I strongly recommend people to not to go here instead choose an other one.

Seeing how the cold cut wrap is shorter than a footlong and has less cheese (3 pieces instead of 4), I fail to understand why it’s more expensive. I’m also guessing it has less protein since it has less cheese.

Good place, veggies were fresh. Tasted good. Easy & quick option for busy days.

I love Subway, but I won’t be returning to this one. There was only one person working. She was obviously overwhelmed, but handled it in stride. She lacked the interaction because she was focused on making sandwiches and ringing up at the register. She did great, but being the only worker made for a long line and wait time. It was very hot inside which made for an unpleasant dine-in experience. I usually drink their tea but it was obvious that neither of the teas were made that day due to not enough time for one worker. I don’t like drinking soda and ended up getting their lemonade not by choice. I don’t like paying for something to get to the end and find out they don’t have a drink or a dispenser not working. I hope this young lady is compensated for the one set of wages the owner is trying to save. Unfortunately, I won’t be eating here next time.

I’d give 0 star if I could

I have never been to this Subway so I thought I’d go for lunch. Right after I entered, I got a weird feeling that the restaurant is empty in a busy shopping center. There are only 3 customers and no one was attending the restaurant. After about a minute, an India woman came to the bar. I asked her in a very nice way what bread do you have because all Subway restaurants I’ve been to have pictures of their breads, but this one doesn’t. She screamed back at me with heavy accent, which I did not understand. So I said I am sorry. And she screamed back at me again. At this time, I just said never mind and left. I will never go to this place in the future. And the 3 people in the restaurant that witness the episode will probably not go back. The 1.5 stars on Google Maps review really don’t lie.

Staff behaves as if you are forcing them to make your sandwich. 9 out of 10 times, they want to just chat amongst themselves/sit on the side watching something on their phones. I prefer if my food/sandwich is made by someone who is actually happy to make it rather than such staff. Terrible experience every time you go, no matter what time of the day. Absolutely recommend finding a different restaurant or a different location if you really want to have a Subway!

1 star due to no 0 stars. When I came to report the worst experience I ever had, I am surprise to see I am not the only one.
Reached store with my wife and two kids almost near to closing and started order. Old lady at counter started pushing us saying order fast we are closing. Everything we asked she was rude in her behaviour including when I asked whether they have soup for my kids. Her attitude was like
– We are at her mercy to have food
– She is giving us something for free.
– Take it or get lost.
I raised my concern that she is not behaving properly.
If she is late and cannot serve me, its totally upto her. But if she decided to take my order, then she do not have any right to be rude to me. PERIOD

The owner cannot provide a good subway experience. They don’t know how to make good sandwiches. My sandwich was poorly packed and was all over the place when i opened it.
They don’t follow hygiene as well. I saw the person wiping the table clean with their gloves and then use the same for making sandwich.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. She was obviously out of ingredients so I said I’d be willing to wait for her to swap out the ingredients on her line but she said “no more”… it was only 11:30am mind you. Bread was obviously undercooked and she toasted both my brothers and my sandwiches together at the same time so it did little to even warm the food.. lettuce was brown.. cucumbers dry as cardboard. Rude angry old lady needs another line of work

I just left the Paseo Padre store, I ordered two sandwiches and she got them both wrong. I wanted a tuna on white bread heated and I said that was all on that one. Then I ordered another ft long in white bread with ham, provolone, light lettuce (she put a lot on) olives and onions. It wasn’t until I got home to find she put all the produce in the hot tuna (my husband doesn’t eat produce on his sandwiches) and none on mine. She had one job to do and she couldn’t even get that right. She doesn’t handle customers well at all. Done going there unless the men are working
