As Wawa locations go, this on proves reliable and “on brand”. Never slow, but never seemingly packed, – at least when I’m there picking up cigarettes or coffee. Store always seems clean, organized, and the staff is as friendly as you can expect in today’s world.

I love eating at Wawa. I order the same food. Ordered here today, this lunch disappointed me, ordered a breakfast burrito with beef, the onions were raw, the flavor was not the same at all.

Employees aren’t friendly!! Especially the one cashier that works early morning; she’s usually there at 6am. Just stares with the meanest look. I don’t care if you don’t want to greet or say GM, but then you shouldn’t stare at customers either! Wawa is already not worth it with the high prices and with rude employees it makes it even worse!

Man, the quality of Wawa food has taken a nosedive. Ever since the deli slicer was taken out it has gone down hill.

It’s basically microwaved airplane food for breakfast. The deli meat is awful.

Sadly my kids will grow up not eating here.

Ordered two hoagies and a chicken sandwich. Waited 20 mins and asked about the status of my order. I was told they could not see my order on the screen and I need to re order. They also couldn’t scan the barcode on the receipt to bring up my order, that’s just moronic technology. Asked for a refund because waiting 40 mins for wawa wasn’t in the cards. Cashier asks me if I have the app. Yes I have the app. Well next time you should order on there. Oh ok lady thanks because ordering off the screen isn’t good enough? Now I have to wait 3 days for my $25 to come back because they are unorganized and “I should’ve used the app”. Unreal.

Every time I go to the Wawa, it is a bad experience the people in the deli area are so unorganized. If you order a mobile order, it’s never correct. I never usually complain but enough is enough. I went into the location yesterday. I ordered my items through the mobile app but wanted to pay in the store because that was using cash. The man gave me an incorrect total. I questioned the total because the discounts for the items I got did not come off. He just missed my question. Told me wait for the manager gave me my change back and would not speak to me any further the change he gave. Back was correct. I guess the discount applied at the end but he never went through that with me and was very rude. The manager came out. I explained my frustrations. She just looked at me and didn’t say not. One thing I work at a corporate location, and that type of behavior is completely unacceptable. If any of my employees would speak to a customer like that or treat a customer like that they would be coached immediatelyagain I never complain but his attitude was horrible and I’m not gonna be treated like that now if I would’ve reacted and cursed them out, I would’ve been the problem, but instead, I just voiced my concern to the manager and walked out the location
