5 pieces of turkeys on my sandwich. Should be 12. Asked the owner how many it should have and he proceeded to try and gaslight me into believing it was the correct amount. Money hungry owners who can’t give you what you pay for. Will never return. STAY AWAY from this subway location under they are under new ownership.

The worker that made our sandwiches literally put 2 slices of meat on our pickup order… well we made it home and seen how much meat was on it…we went back and she sent us on our way stating that we had to pay for double meat and she couldn’t just check out meat then told us to leave

Horrible. I mad an online order to pick up. When I go to eat my sandwich, I immediately thought they put food in the wrong bags or something. I thought they gave me a veggie instead of the turkey I ordered.THEY ONLY PUT TWO SLICES OF TURKEY IN THE WHOLE SANDWICH. I paid to add pepperoni but only two slices of turkey?! Horrible. I called four times, no one answered the phone!!!!

Never come here for your food. They skimp on the meats and they are very rude and unconcerned about your concerns. I noticed extra charges on my bill after I got home and when I called about it they made bogus excuses then hung up on me.

Just a cheap franchisee that should not have a Subway flag. The owner very clearly did not want to honor my online order because it was cheaper than what he charged in the store. He made up excuse after excuse about why I couldn’t get my sandwich even though the products he claimed to be out of was right in front of me. When I questioned him on it he changed his story. When I offered to get a different sandwich he told me he couldn’t do it because it would mess up his inventory. The only way he was going to give me a sandwich is if I pay double the price off my online order that I had already been charged for. Just a really disappointing overall experience.

Bought a sandwich for lunch. It was great. Very tasty. Also, the food was covered when I walked in (love that) and the dining room is very clean (love that too). The manager and employees are very nice. One more thing, I dropped my wallet outside the door as I was leaving but didn’t realize it until I got home. I called the restaurant and they had it, one of the employees found it. When I picked it up this morning everything, including cash, was still in it. I’ll definitely go back and highly recommend Subway in Garden City.

Walked in at 8:02. Time online and on the door says 9pm. Lady behind the counter looked at me, looked back down. I notice everything is put away and she is cleaning. I said are you closed? She says yes. I walked outside look at the time on the door and say it says here you close at 9 and she just looks at me and looks away. Horrible employee.
