Old employee guy needs to not be anal about customers ordering online. Placed a online order while parked bc there was a coupon I wanted to use. Then we pulled into the drive thru after placing it. When given our food he was telling us off about how basically when you place a order online it takes time for them to do it or something and like basically saying we came to early for it without saying we did. There is no difference in someone ordering online or at the drive thru. If we had ordered thru the drive we still would have waited for food bc they had to cook the tenders since they didnt have any fresh ones ready.

I need you to stop what youre doing and look at the sandwich at the top of the picture. Now, no one expects that level of sandwich at a fast food place, but if it is approached, I am grateful. The sandwich I recieved tonight is in the bottom pictures. The large meal was nearly $14. The taste was average, it didn’t fill me up and I was saddened by the discrepancy in the pictures. For a place that claimed its not your average fast food joint, this looked very low quality, fast food-ish.
So that you can gauge me on my consistency, when the Arby’s Gyro sandwiches came out, I would run across traffic to get those (when they were 2 for $6… in the stone ages). They looked great in the picture, and the product served was about 90% of the picture!! They were incredible!! This sandwich was about 40% of the picture. Arby’s might as well have shown a snapping turtle as their Italian Sandwich.
[Update] I appreciate the owner reaching out and sending me a link to voice my concerns, but I’ve filled the form out and sent to 4 times, each time it was rejected.

My mom went through this Arby’s drive-thru and shortly after, someone tried to run over $200 in fraudulent online charges using her credit card. The only place her card was out of her hands was here.
It’s shocking and honestly pathetic that anyone on staff would engage in behavior even close to this. It shows a complete lack of integrity and basic decency. Management should be embarrassed and take this seriously; customers deserve better than this.

I placed an order for 2 Arby’s roast beef sandwiches through the app. They were ready when they were supposed to be. However, my husband went to eat them at work and they were PINK! Not cooked. I called and asked for a refund. They wanted to replace it. Heck no, I don’t want food from somewhere that doesn’t know how to cook. Now, because I used the app, I have to call that number in regards to getting a refund. So ridiculous. Train your people better. Or get people who know how to cook.

Went Thru The Drive Thru In Winder GA Around 7 PM. Ordered Double Beef And Cheddar Sandwich Combo And A Steak Nuggets Combo. Get Home And Instead Of A Double Beef And Cheddar Sandwich, They Put Two Single Beef And Cheddar Sandwiches In The Bag And No Steak Nuggets But Hey They Put The Fork In The Bag. Very Disappointed And Feel Ripped Off. Paid $27 And Change And Missing Parts Of My Order. No Receipt In The Bag Either. Reminder Always Check Your Order, While Going Through The Drive Thru. (12-5-25)

BEWARE!!! This location is guilty of not giving a damn about their customers and at the very most guilty of theft. My wife’s card has our Arby’s purchase price returned at an odd time of 2am a week after we had been there. Then the next day Arby’s again took our purchase price out of the card and then took it again for the second time this double charging us for our meal. It was 31 dollars for the original purchase and they then took 31 dollars a second time for a total of 62 dollars. We called the manager on duty and were told to call the next morning because evidently that manager could do something. We called them and they said call their card services because they knew of an ongoing problem with them at times and so we called them and got zero help. Plus it was cashapp purchase and like a debit card they were zero help… always use a credit card for purchases because they do get on it more than a bank will. We had all the proof of a double charge and nothing was done and even our local Arby’s just shrugged their shoulders. My wife just wanted to give up and that’s what they hope you’ll do but to me 62 dollars is something I got to work 3 hours to cover. So if you go to this Arby’s in Winder Georgia use cash or credit card and watch your charges if you do use a card. Arby’s in Winder Georgia I promise to tell everyone I meet about this story as will my family one of which plays piano for a local church. I promise on all I am I will cost you a hundred times more in business than what you took from me and my wife.
