My sister put in an order and I went up to get it but they wouldn’t give it to me, I had the name, confirmation number and knew exactly what the order was but they wouldn’t give it to me. I tried for 15 minutes and ended up going home so my sister could go up there and get it and after another 15 minutes (+15 minutes total travel time) she was finally able to get her order. Definitely not coming back here.

Some friends and I stopped by to grab some sandwiches for dinner, not realizing that it was 1 minute before closing time. We told them that we would go somewhere else since we didn’t realize they were about to close but they repeatedly told us to stay and made us our sandwiches like it was not a big problem and they were super friendly the entire time.

I could not give 0 star so selected 1. This is one of the worst subway that I have visited in my entire life. I have placed 2 mobile orders half an hour ago to avoid the wait line. When I reached there, it should have been ready for pickup instead of it wasn’t printed the receipt. After waited 15 minutes they said you have only 1 order. Then after research, found out that someone has trashed or put the 2nd receipt aside.
They don’t even care whether your sandwich becomes soggy. I will not visit this branch in my entire life.

Never been one to hate on the franchise, but I’ll dog on the individual location. This particular store is NOT ONLINE ORDER FRIENDLY.
Whoever was working between 7pm – 8pm on April 3rd, the night of me writing this review, I hope the manager takes into consideration the performance.
My postmate waited half an hour at the store itself, then the sandwich arrived with one missing veggie, 4 slices of roast beef laid flat?? And the sandwich itself wasn’t cut in half.
(I see someone also wrote a review on the person working today. I hope you get fired bruh)

The accuracy and service at this location is horrible. I ordered 4 sandwiches through the. subway app. When I got home I realized that 3 of the 4 sandwiches were incorrect. I went back to the store to get the sandwiches remade. Initially she tried to give me the ingredients on the side so I could add them myself. I advised her that I paid for full sandwiches and expected nothing less. Despite her making the sandwiches incorrectly, she had very little desire to fix the problem. Customer service is horrible and damaging to the Subway brand.
