Stopped after reading that they have the “best burgers in town”. I’ve had better burgers at Culvers. The fries were average. My husband ordered the Friday special… fish sandwich basket. It was maybe a 2 oz fied fish piece, no bigger than a fish stick on a bun. Nothing else, just the “fish filet” and the bun. We were told that our baskets came with choice of cottage cheese or coleslaw. After waiting for 25 minutes for our “food”, they forgot the sides that they offered. Of the 8 people, which half were the staff, no one else had food. When leaving, the bartender asked if it was the best burger, I said it was fine, but that my husband’s fish was very small. Her response was, “Well, they’re all different sizes”. If you’re not from the area don’t bother. Go to Culvers for a real meal! 2 beers and 2 baskets were $25.

Great place for a Friday fish fry and the staff was amazing. We were early but they made battered fish and baked potatoes ready even though it wasn’t quite time. Plenty of food, we took leftovers for breakfast the next day.

Fish fry was fantastic. Will be stopping by again!! Went with a large group and drinks never went empty and reorders of fish were really fast!! If you like fried or baked AYCE this is a must try location!!

We decided to come here on Friday night for the fish fry. We were treated exceptionally well. The food was excellent, as was the service. We ran into some old friends (which was a bonus). The owners came over and greeted us and made us feel welcomed. We appreciate your hospitality and kindness toward our family. We will be back.

We landed at the Black River Falls airport and walked to the Bar and Grill. We were greeted by the bartender when we walked in. Real friendly service. Menu is not too fancy, just the basics. The hamburger’s were fresh not frozen. Food was good, service was from the bartender and he took care of us. I would recommend this place.

They had a great band but the owner complained. They were too loud, the crotchy old Men. The owner walked up to me to stake his claim. I said he was wrong They had no business , this music would help business but beware people. I feel sorry for the employees. Owner rude, employees great.

It’s a bar only setup. Not really for dining. Bartender was friendly and quick on service. Food wasn’t great or very warm. Rice was a tasteless glob. Maybe it was an off day, I usually hear good things about the food.
