The sandwiches are always decent but this is become a trend with subway’s. Their drink machines are always down. They never have any chips (it’s always a couple bags here and there).

I usually do not have a bad experience but this morning I ordered two subs my husband’s was a meatball and his was correct. Mine was a steak and cheese sub and was.smothered in olives and banana peppers I did not ask for either it didn’t have the sauce it was supposed to it looked like they dumped parm and an entire shaker of salt it was not pleasant it was not cheap. What makes it worse I was working so I called when I got off to be told that was the management who made my sub this morning. If management can’t get things right what hope is it for anyone else

Server had no name tag. Terrible service. I asked for a BLT bacon super crisp. She started making wrap bacon was NOT crisp. I asked her to heat it again she got upset and still didn’t make it crisp. She then raised her voice and said it was already precooked. I just took wrap home and cooked bacon.

This store is clean and the staff are friendly. They can make a good sandwich, exactly how you want it. All the staff that currently work there have really changed the atmosphere for the better. (9-19-23) I want to shine the light on Dreama especially because she is above and beyond an exceptional employee. Every time I go in that store she is busting her a**. They have a great team right now! I hope they all stay.

The employees are always friendly at this location. The ingredients are fresh and the restaurant is kept clean. They do not take the subway coupons here since it is independently owned. Sometimes it takes a few more minutes for someone newer to build the sandwich, I am always happy to wait. Thanks, I appreciate your hard work.

No customer service, stopped to get $6.99 sub combo for dinner tonight and was told must order on the app. tried to do app for next 10-15 minutes no luck and no help from the 3 employees behind the counter. Employee where no help and one just laughed that we could not figure the app out. Saw only one other customer in store during this time and they walked out. Would not return to this location or recommend this location

Had an awesome experience here tonight. Alexis and Diego were very meticulous with our sandwiches! We could hear dishes being done in the back and the shop was very clean. Hard working employees for sure! I recommend taking the extra 5 minutes to come to this shop over the one in Troutville.

Food was great but the employees were very very rude when I called to fix an online curbside order. “I’m not carrying 6 sandwiches out in the rain” is what the employee told me. Don’t offer curbside if your employees aren’t willing to bring it out.
