We have been ordering from this location for years and we love Papa John’s. The last few times we’ve ordered the pizza is old and rubbery. It gives the feeling it’s either overcooked or has been made quite awhile. When my husband picked up the pizza and he was signing the receipt, he heard a worker saying, “it was a good night for tips”. I’m not sure if the quality is a result of a non-tip for a pickup order or if this store has just gone downhill. I called to talk to a woman and she wasn’t too concerned and said she would put a free pizza note on our account. We will not be using this store any longer.

I arrived when my order was ready and they told me they neglected to add pepperoni to my pizza. I had to wait a little longer but it was OK. I think they put pepperoni on there and just ran it halfway thru but that’s ok. At least the order wasnt wrong and it was hot.

Never leave this Papa John’s location without checking your order! They look you in the eyes, confidently lie to your face about everything being in your box. Back to back they get it wrong!!!!! Not worth the hassle!!

Our first visit, good experience. The store has been damaged at entry, but is open. This is carryout only, no seating. Service was fast and got our pizza quickly. Plenty of parking and across the street from a grocery if you need extras.

only 1 time in last year and 1-2 have i recieved my full order. cost is high as it is but to drive almost 22 minutes and a whole pizza is missing or sauces that u pay fori it gets old honestly i would like to see them bring it to my house next time and maybe they will get it. people order food so they can eat and everyone else there it not fun for the person who don’t get anything to eat.

They are by far the slowest pizza place in existence. We hadn’t ordered from the in quite some time (they’ve been slow in the past and the cheese sticks are usually mostly bread), but we decided to try them again tonight. We ordered two pizzas at 6:30. It is 8:10 and they just arrived. For the price you pay, it’s not worth it. We are officially done with ordering from this location.

Called and ordered 2 large pizzas was told 15-25 minute wait. We waited 20 minutes, drove down to pick up pizza and waited another 45 minutes only to be told our order had not been made yet and it was going to be a while longer. Several other people in the lobby was experiencing the same issues. Poor customer service, rude employees, I’m glad we are just visiting family and don’t have to deal with this place anymore! If this is how the manager runs the business I would not order from here!

We ordered a Pepperoni Calzone Stuffed Crust pizza take out with extra cheese. We got, what seemed like, no extra cheese and the crust was just regular stuffed crust and NOT the Calzone Stuffed Crust. There’s no such thing as good service these days.
