I go here twice a week but lately the last 3x the smoothies has been more like a fruit drink instead of a smoothie. I always get the same order but the customer service is great. I would probably go more often if it was in a better location. Next time I go I need to speak to management because I want a good thick smoothie darn it

Recently tried the new toast with egg and garlic oil on it and now I am addicted to smoothie king! The team members here are so sweet and helpful I never feel rushed and they always remind me to use my app for rewards. I saved $2 today just by having the app! This new location is so clean and beautiful inside I only wish it was closer to my house so I could visit more often

i’d rather drive 40 minutes to another smoothie king rather go to this one. short staffed, always short supply, honestly not the best location in my opinion and this will be their last day seeing me! 12 dollars for half a bowl of açaí? absolutely not. the first encounter i had with this location was the NO GLOVES within their employees that’s so unsanitary and violates the infection control

Ok so I was here Sunday around 4ish PM. The young lady with locs was by herself from what it seemed to be a long time. Literally no help with orders just going crazy. She kept her composure and did the best she could. You could see customers being concerned about her having no help at all. I ordered a bowl with toast, I wanted the avocado one but the young lady kindly stated they were out and offered me to get the chocolate hazelnut one saying it was a picked favorite and offered me a combo deal. The price was actually decent for the deal. I would say the service was the best it could be considering she was all alone. Although she made my day just seeing her work efficiently and effortlessly with no help. The store seriously needs help with the management and staff. Thank you for your service Diamond

Sometimes my smoothies are a hit or miss. The miss ones aren’t bad. I just prefer my smoothies thick and sometimes they are quite liquidity. But the service is ALMAYS A++++++++++++++++++!!!

This store needs help. The slowness is outrageous. I pat the worker Diamond on her back for standing firm on being patient, kind, attentive and still having a positive smile! Although she had people in the back to help, not one of the team members or manager helps. It took over 20 mins to get my smoothie and smoothie bowl, but Diamond made it work! She gave me a coupon, and said sorry for the late time. Diamond should definitely take her skills to a better store, I feel like this store doesn’t deserve her

Whewww chileeee!!! Thank you to Diamond for running the show around here. She asked could I do a review on her service and I most certainly will take the time out to do that considering how hard she worked to get orders out. I order the same thing every time a Strawberry Hulk 20oz add peanut butter. She always greets me with a smile and talks to me like we’ve known each other for a while. She’s has an immaculate personality and I seen her dancing which made me smile. The store needs helps with its staff, management and team members. I can tell it’s not a group effort and maybe things aren’t ran the best. I see that Diamond is new but I look forward to seeing her on my next visit. Smoothie king is one of the best places where you get all your healthy ingredients! My favorite one Is Banana Berry Treat. You should definitely swing by if you’re in town or passing through, they treat their customers very nice soon as you walk in the door. You won’t be disappointed at all
