I would say this restaurant has the most diverse menu amongst other Vietnamese restaurant. We order sticky rice and crunchy pho, which is very interesting for me to have a bite. The spring roll is also good, the sauce is amazing

I will not say this is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. It’s more likely an Vietnamese fusion restaurant for Dutch people. “Bun Bo” was very disappointed. The soup broth was tasteless. Portion was smaller than expected. And the Bo Nuong rolls were not impressed as well. However Xoi Man saved the game, it’s the best dish.
Service wasn’t great. We were almost the only guests there on a Saturday evening but they just ignored us. We didn’t feel be welcomed there.

Delicious bún bò huế, very similar taste to what we have in the South of Vietnam (saigon). The portion of the soup is generous, however for the dry noodles with beef (bánh hỏi bò nướng) is very small for the price, and the taste is not so special, so I wouldn’t recommend.
The decor is super aesthetic and modern, and it was not busy when we came at 14:00 on a Thursday.
I will definitely come back to try other dishes from this restaurant.

The staff was very late with taking orders.
Consequently, they forgot to bring the drinks until we asked them. The order was forgotten until we ordered again. Once we received our drinks 30 minutes later, we asked for food as well. After 30 minutes, we received 2 dishes, not 3 that we had ordered. l. We asked if the order was correct and which dish was for whom, since we didn’t know what the dishes should look like. The waitress left and took the food with her with the excuses to check what the correct order was. The food did NEVER arrive. After one hour we asked again for our order and they said that it was not even in the system. We left hungry and disappointed, sitting on uncomfortable chairs, trying to communicate with unfriendly personnel that lacked understanding of the situation, especially because 5 different staff members came to us. Very disapointing!

The Pho Soup isn’t authentic! I would not recommend it. It was so tasteless. The waiters are okay, but kinda forgetful sometimes.

Visiting NL from the States and super lackluster. You have to pay before you get your food, smart on them because it sucks so bad that I’m sure ppl would walk away without paying.
Pho bo – tasteless broth, tasteless meat. Flat noodles instead of pho noodles. Not the kind of broth that you taste and immediately know it’s been cooked for hours with meat/bones and all the proper seasoning.
Bun bo hue – same tateless broth only red to make it look spicy. Way wrong type noodles, wrong flavor, and mint??? Who adds mint to this?? Also some funky mold like flavor in one bite.
Both should come with garnish – bean sprouts, peppers, basil, cabbage (for the bo hue) – you get nothing.
Grilled pork banh mi – nope. You get dry Chinese char siu not proper Vietnamese grilled pork. No pate, no butter mayo, only a squeeze of some brown sauce. But hey at least they left off the mint and used coriander lol.
If you’re only a visitor and used to proper Vietnamese food then you may wanna keep walking…

I eat there twice and the food were just okay not so tasty. Nothing special and takes abit long. Then we decided to ordered the food via thuisbezorgd.nl and the food was tasteless. Seriously that was the worst Vietnamese food ever we eat in the Netherlands. No more order from here.
