I ordered regular roast beef combo. I was only car there and told had to wait on fries. I needed to pull up to side. That’s fine since would be fresh fries. Only they weren’t fresh when brought out and the sandwich had barbecue drenched on it. I scraped off best I could. Regardless the sandwich didn’t taste right and made me a little sick.
If you want Arby’s I suggest Whitehall.

This Arby’s is clean and the food was standard. However it took 15 minutes to get 1 chicken wrap, 5 of those minutes I watched the wrap sit behind the counter waiting for someone to hand it to me. I also watched as they prioritized drive through orders, and DoorDash orders that came in AFTER we ordered. Definitely not FAST but it was food.

If negative stars was an option, I would definitely give negative stars. It took at least twice as long to order my food as it did to receive it. Another person in line had done another mobile order 15 minutes before even leaving his house and when someone finally came and greeted us, the guy repeated “oh mobile order… okay?” And walked away. Several minutes later, the guy came back and asked what I had. I said I needed to order. Speaking like Flash from Zootopia, he let me know that he would have to go get the manager from the back to log in before I could place an order. All of this AFTER I waited in line at the drive through and tried talking through that with no response and no signs saying drive thru was closed, but no one responded. There were employees wearing headsets for the drive through, but they were ignoring it entirely. The absolute worst service I’ve ever received at any fast food establishment.

Will never go to this location again.Called in advance to see if the Au Jus for the French Dip was back in stock and was told it was. Ordered 2 French Dips via the app. Picked up our order and no au jus was given. Asked for lots of Arby Sauce and was given 3 for 4 sandwiches.

They make you pull up to a pole clear far away from the window even when there’s no one behind you and then it takes 20 minutes for them to bring you their order it’s ridiculous they’re making the workers walk 50 yards and they’re making us wait I think they’re gaming there own timer system somehow by having us pull up it. Otherwise it makes zero sense and is stupid. Even the employee that brought me my food said it was the dumbest thing on earth

We ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich and got this :/ I called and they offered zero apologies or replacement. The time that I ordered before this I got sliders with cut Italian bread instead of their normal rolls. I will not be vising this location again!

A year ago I bought a Arby’s Hamburger, when I unwrapped it, it looked like someone threw it against the wall, a total mess. The other day I again bought a hamburger and fries…the fries were like they added fries to my salt and the Hamburger wasn’t done, gave it to my dog, pitched the fries.

I ordered the beef and cheddar double sub turkey. No red ranch.
I’m used to people not having experienced that order before, but tired of not getting the correct amount of cheese put on my sandwich. It’s a double. Double turkey with the cheese sauce in two spots.
The fries were also old, cold and hard. There was time to have put in fresh fries in while the sandwiches were being made.
They weren’t busy and tables had not been wiped down in awhile.
But the guy at the counter was nice.
