Completely destroyed half of our family’s order. We made do with what we got home with, but the mistakes suggest that folks were not paying attention at all. Good thing there wasnt a food allergy with the concoction they made on two of our footlong subs!

I went the other day and must have new owners I’m not racist by any means and I work for Indian people but the 2 at subway was rude the man called me sir and the woman laughed! Never did they said can I help you just stood there and never said thank you. So I guess I will be driving to pendleton to subway!

Terrible service. It would have been nice if I was even acknowledged, so I can order. I don’t know if these two girls were new, but you could really tell that they hated their job. No Hospitality no nothing. They were in such a big hurry to get my order over with, it was never reread to me or nothing, stuffed 2 footlongs and supposed to have 18 cookies into one little bag, pushed it to me and they both just walked away. Half of my order was missing this will be my last time that I will ever go into this establishment.

Well first off the service was excellent no wait time and the Sandwhich artist her name was Kristen she did an excellent job. It was most definetly the best Sandwhich I’ve ever had at Subway. I rarely give good reviews so if your reading this come check the place out !

Part of the Pilot Travel Center. They are fast and courteous. Employees here are experienced in making your sandwiches. They have an eight head sofa fountain and a place to sit that’s always clean and well maintained.

Horrible service. Ordered online . Got the turkey bacon guacamole sub with extra spinach. Got home no guacamole and no extra spinach. Called the store and was told by the crew member and manager on duty it didn’t have guacamole because all the guacamole was frozen. The first girl tried telling me it was because it wasn’t on the list for the sandwich. Then said our guacamole is all frozen anyway. Why would I order the turkey bacon guacamole if I didn’t want guacamole? What sense does that make? SMH. I would have just got the turkey sub with bacon, right? The manager was rude and didn’t even offer to replace the sub for another or anything. Just said “well we have slot going on”. Each time I’ve been there it’s been horrible. Never going back.

One of my favorite “subways”. I will only give my business to the Bedford and Campbellsburg Subways. Food is always great. Service is always fast. Staff is friendly! Price is a little expensive so I recommend utilizing the subway rewards program!

$43 for 3 sandwiches 3 drinks and 3 bags of chips is absolutely ridiculous! I could have taken the family to a nice sit down place and had a meal that was more filling and with a meat that at least tasted like what I ordered.
