Very friendly service! So clean and quick! The bread was fresh and soft to the touch! The cookies were softy & yummy! I love that all their toppings are covered up. To me it is an extra layer of safety and ensures the meat is being kept at the right temp! The building was chilled which meant even more safety for consumers! The place definitely has a different vibe and at the door I could tell it was taken over by new management! I would definitely return with the limited options we have to eat out here… this one is a keeper!

Just had to wait 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Sandwiches that were ordered on the way to the restaurant so even longer than that. The excuse was “we got a rush”….I watched multiple other customers enter, get served, and leave. Never at any point was there more than one other customer in the store, all of whom were served before us. My wife asked multiple times where our order was and was told multiple “it’s next”, and MULTIPLE times other orders were made ahead of ours. Finally after waiting FOURTY MINUTES I had to go in to handle the situation. This would be bad for an actual restaurant but for a fast food sandwich this is RIDICULOUS and just unacceptable.

This was the worst Subway I’ve ever visited. The food was completely unacceptable the bread was molded, and the products were clearly outdated. It’s unsanitary and unsafe to serve food in that condition. This location needs to be inspected by the health department immediately.

Placed an online order that was completely wrong. The bread was stale and old. We paid extra for bacon it wasn’t on the sandwich no lettuce they added pickles that I do NOT eat they basically just made my order how they wanted to make it. I called and spoke with Julian. As I was telling what was wrong he was telling someone else (probably was the owner or manager who knows). After I complained he said okay ma’am have a good day. I was flabbergasted. I said that’s it can y’all at least give me the bacon I paid for. He said yes I can come back and get the lettuce and bacon. I couldn’t do anything but laugh because Subway has got to be the brokest fast food restaurant ever. Not once did he OFFER to make it right. Well Julian tell your boss or whoever you was relaying my message to that I will be there tomorrow to get my $2.50. I added a photo of the bread. I literally peeled over half of the sandwich.

I received a cupon for get two footlongs for $12.99 the owner of this particular brach told the employees not to accept coupons unless they are for cookies. Unbelievable! This franchise doesn’t accept coupons that corporate has send to customers!

I have been gone from this location for a while due to the customer service or lack thereof. The new management puts customer service first. No more unnecessary attitudes. If you have had any issues in the past at this location, I would advise you to come back and give them another shot. As customers, we can make or break a business. If we can complain about a business when they are doing poorly, we can definitely talk about them when they are doing great. Thanks to the new management. Keep up the good work.
