Nice community store centrally located, beautifully built and designed. There is plenty of seating upstairs and there are tables downstairs as well as lovely outdoor spaces. The folks working were polite, friendly, and helpful. The food, we were in time for lunch after 11AM, was tasty and prepared as requested. Accompanied by thick homemade style potato chips, my roast beef sandwich was served in a takeout recyclable container. Pickles were neatly tucked under the paper liner of the container thus eliminating any soggy factor. We chose to sit upstairs and were pleased to have our order delivered to our table. Great service! The space was clean and bright with enough space between tables and the comfy couch area that privacy was possible. Clearly a space that encourages people to converse, play board games, and enjoy a relaxing meal. I know they have programs but have never attended any.
The space downstairs was full of local products, good food, and humming with activity. If you’re in Poland, Maine, stop by and enjoy!

Bagels are above the mark! Cream cheese offerings are delectable, pastries look amazing, lots of quality local products such as meats, snacks, teas and gift options, wonderful seating areas in a beautiful building to match the wonderful Host (owners) and staff! Wish I took more pics but was drooling in my fragrent dark roast coffee and devouring the Bagel. Looking forward to going back to this gem asap! As if that’s not enough, it’s supporting the local economy and veteran owned, highly recommended.

This is such a fantastic coffee shop! The espresso drinks are consistently excellent, and the food selection is just as impressive . The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance, whether you’re settling in to get some work done or just stopping by to relax. I also appreciate the plenty of outlets available, which makes it easy to stay productive.
Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough.

We love Poland Provisions! This is always our first stop on our hiking adventures as we leave Auburn. Their breakfast sandwiches are our go to. We usually order the jalapeño cheddar bagel with sausage and egg! Sebagel makes and sells their bagels here. They sell breakfast until 11:30 am and the kitchen is closed from 11:30-12 to allow them to switch to their lunch service. We aren’t ever mad if we happen to miss breakfast because they have lunch specials featuring their freshly smoked meats! So far, we’ve tried their pulled pork breakfast burrito, Reuben sandwich and brisket sandwich. Our favorite so far has been the Reuben! The staff is always friendly and the store is filled with fun locally made items. They also sell locally raised meat, wine and beer. We usually grab a pack of Aprés for our hike, which is always helpful! They also have a very large and cozy seating area upstairs.

Sugar in their matcha, artificial food coloring and flavoring in their food like the popcorn, mayo in their pre-built sandwiches, fried wontons added to their sandwich, only one bathroom. Just not my kind of place. Not healthy, not natural. People were very friendly, though, and the environment is nice.

We stop there to check it out after eating at a local restaurant. I found a delectable peanut butter whoopie pie which I enjoyed with A. Joe’s raspberry iced tea. My boyfriend enjoyed a Jalapeno lemonade which was very strange but he liked it. Being a gift shop you do expect prices to be higher to cater to travelers. They did have some pretty things but we left with our snacks.

This is a great store that has some unique local items. My son got some donuts (the maple one was delicious) and we got some souvenirs and snacks. It’s a good stop while you’re in the area.

Service is always amazing. It can get a little busy during the summer, but there’s a ton of food and handmade things from local vendors to look at while you wait. The Reuben breakfast sandwich is the best thing ever! Highly recommend. This place has become a staple for me and I always enjoy my conversations with the people there!

Real quality spot for coffee, espresso, sandwiches, and artisanal pantry/food items. My go to spot for a good iced maple latte and a bagel with cream cheese :). Plenty of seating in the second level too! I was so sad to learn they got rid of their vegetarian breakfast sausage . It’s so hard to find creative vegetarian options outside of the big cities. Hopefully enough vegetarians start visiting the area for it (or something similar) to see a come back. A girl can dream!!
