Pulled up to the drive-through this morning and this drive-through appears like it has two lanes. There’s a speaker on the left with the menu before it to order and then there is a speaker on the right that says I’m the speaker “order here“. I pulled up to the speaker that said order here and I was informed by the employee that that speaker is for picking up mobile orders only. After I told them that I did not know that because it says to order here on the speaker, I asked if I could order there and that employee told me yes but you will have to wait. So the person that was in front of me at the “regular speaker“ order their food and they pulled up to Pay then the next person pulled up to the speaker that arrived after I arrived, and they proceeded to take that person‘s order ahead of me. Dunkin’ Donuts is Dunkin’ Donuts. They are all the same so when you have a franchise business, like this, customer service is extremely important to help you stand out from another Dunkin’ Donuts location. I do not think I will be returning to this location after the experience this morning. If they do not want people to order a dead speaker, they need to put a sign on there that says speaker for mobile orders only. Otherwise they should’ve allowed me to order the same as anybody else. There is no signage saying that that speaker is for mobile orders only I left without even being able to order my food.

I come here often because it’s very close to where I live. The young ladies are very nice and friendly but what seems like are the managers, they need a reality check. Whoever is the owner needs to talk to those ladies. There are two women in their 30’s and 40’s one wears a bun and the other is a Latina with an attitude issue. The one with the attitude issue isn’t there often but when I came here a couple weeks ago she was awful. I noticed how rude the lady with the bun treats her young employees. She tends to be in the back but whenever she would come up front she had nothing but disrespect towards her workers. I’m only there about 10-15 minutes eating my food before work but my wife has came here before and noticed the same thing. The one time the managers were on the drive thru together my wife went through and said they were insanely rude to her and I remember seeing that they were together right before leaving. Please keep the young ladies in the drive thru and up front. Those managers need to leave them alone! Other than the managers, you’ll get good service!

My favorite Dunkin to visit. The people are above top notch my buddy Matt always take care of me with excellent customer service and Ashley also does an amazing job they make sure my order is always correct and I never have wait long. Best Dunkin in my area.

I can’t tell you how awesome Ashley is. She has just as many regulars as we do at my restaurant. Most people that walk in she knows their order and little snippets of their life. She clearly cares to create the environment for repeat customers.
I’ll get my staff donuts and they can’t believe how fresh they are. A coworker today said “I’ve worked at three Dunkin’s and I’ve never had donuts this fresh”.

Manager or team leader working 12-11-25 was extremely rude and unprofessional. They forgot my cream cheese spread so I had to go back to get it. I explained they forgot it and asked if they could make me a new bagel(gave them my original bagel) since it was now cold. I was told that they would not make me a new one and was told it was my fault it was cold.

My favorite Dunkin’ overall. They always make my drinks just right, they’re always friendly. The thing that stands out the most, is I order ahead and when I get to the speaker, they’ll say good morning, my name, and tell me my drink is ready. That right there makes me feel like a valued customer that they know and appreciate. It makes my day every time. Keep up the awesome work!

I don’t go there anymore, but today I went and again the same person gave me the wrong thing again, when I said you gave me the wrong thing the Hispanic lady was very rude and always has a bad attitude, I hope who ever is in charge teaches her good customer service , otherwise this location will be losing customers.

I frequent many Dunkins placing decently large orders in the course of my job sometimes several times per week. Out of all of them, this one is THE BEST. The team is fast, super friendly, and always accurate with orders. These guys are amazing!
