Online food service only. This location was in the Lake Forest Cafe. The service was nice and quick. The food was not so good and it was expensive.
The menu is all sandwiches, strips, and sides in the chicken world. Mac and cheese plus salads.
I got the original chicken sandwich, and it was greasy and flat. The meat was kinda big but cooked a while ago. It seemed cooked before and reheated. The bacon on my sandwich was maybe a couple of days old or maybe bacon jerky it was so tough. The fries were decent but cold and definitely reheated a couple of times. The wife said the Mac and cheese were decent.
There are better chicken sandwiches out there, which are less expensive. See the pics I took.

I’ve ordered from here twice, and twice they’ve made big mistakes. The quality of the sandwiches are great, but I can never count on getting what I order. Every time I order parts of my order are missing, and I have to figure out how to feed everyone with what we did get. Plus, the fries are always soggy.

How is it that this location is so different from the Seattle location? Sandwich quality is inconsistent (sometimes in the same order – you’ll have one incredible sandwich and one horrible one in the same bag), there are order mistakes every. single. time. The people at this location need to be fired and Henny’s needs to start over.

The order we received didn’t match the description on the menu. The original chicken sandwich had no bacon in it and on the menu it says bacon. One of the sandwich didn’t even have cheese in it. The crispy jalapeño had no jalapeño ranch. Requested a side of extra honey mustard, instead they gave extra ketchup. Very disappointed with the food and service. Food was not even checked to ensure that the customer gets what they requested. I would not recommend this place.

Can’t get soda, but the Crispy Seattle with a 1/2 Caesar side is pretty good. Get it for pickup as uber eats always seems to screw up the delivery.
