I ordered a bowl and it’s not even half way full. They were busy due to lunch rush. But it seems that each time we go, it depends on who makes it. We may get a full bowl or we may get half full bowl.

First time to this shop. Thankfully they were accommodating, and very courteous. All items are stored in their own individual bins.They even accommodate a shellfish allergy, by sautéing the shrimp (just let them know). Looking forward to my next visit, too bad there isn’t one within 20 miles of me.

When presented with a $5 coupon through the Qdoba app I was informed that they do not accept the discount. The reason provided by the employee was that they were not affiliated with them…. I politely accepted the delicious food and carried on my way.
Additional employee training should be given, or a disclaimer stating and explaining the reason why they don’t accept coupons would be a good business practice.

I would like to start this review off by saying all of the negative reviews are just people being picky. Qdobas main competitor would be Chipotle (correct me if I’m wrong) but I am gonna have to say that this is definitely better by a mile. Me and my wife have enjoyed chipotle for a while and we haven’t had the opportunity to try Qdoba as there hasn’t been one near us. We are so glad there is one on base now and we will be eating here often. All of the staff were great and very kind I hope they get paid great, they deserve it!

Keeps posted hours only when they feel like it. Posted says 6, got here at 458 and was told I had 2 minutes until they close. Also now charging for “extra” veggies, sauce, etc. Mind you this is on top of a price increase a couple months ago. No thanks. I’ll go elsewhere.

Posted time say 1800 (which is also ridiculous considering how late most people get off work) but they actually close at 1700. Other, older comments have said the same thing as they haven’t addressed it. Wish I could comment on anything else since we haven’t had Qdoba in 3 years but they close here BEFORE the dinner rush…for some reason.
Was going to cater an upcoming event, too, but now, just on principle, we’ll be looking elsewhere. A restaurant business that isn’t open during dinner isn’t getting our money.

It’s hard to enjoy tacos at a Mexican place when they’re out of shells. They were out of other items as well, but the employee said she only works there, so she has no idea why they don’t have the stuff they need. Imagine that…..

I stopped in for a late lunch. No one was in line. I approached the counter and saw 2 employees working. Neither of them greeted me or said they’d be with me in a minute. They complained openly about staffing and stated they shouldn’t be operating, should not even be open. I never ordered and walked away due to terrible customer service.
