me and my boyfriend were so hungry and stopped at subway on the way home. walking in there was a man sitting at the cash register with his feet up on the counter with NO SHOES AND NO SOCKS!! we were so disgusted we just walked out. and thats the subway we go to all the time. very grossed out and disappointed. nobody wants to see that especially when its someone PREPARING YOUR FOOD!! BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THAT PLACE.

Honestly, all the subways in Wixom are a joke. It says they’re open till 10 and I went at nine and they had locked the doors. Don’t even open the business entirely. If you cannot staff properly, or update your hours if you can’t fulfill those needs. Every single time I go, they’re closed early.

I would give 0 stars if I could! This store is literally staying afloat by robbing people. Not once, but twice I have ordered on the mobile app and gone to pick up – only to be told I have to wait – which is fine, except I was expected to wait until the store was cleared out of customers, including ones who walked in after me, and who I had ordered / paid LONG before. Not to mention the awful attitude from the person working. What is the point in allowing mobile orders if they aren’t prioritized? Just TURN IT OFF! Also, their phone doesn’t work, which I suspect is intentional because of their scamming. It is pretty much impossible to contact Subway for a refund – I have put in TWO requests through their chatbot which is the only way to contact anyone aside from going in. They have stolen close to $80 from me in the past couple of months.

Food was OK, the soda machine which I’d say use at your own risk because they had tiny particles in my drink that could of came from the ice or from the sprite and could be fruit flies or mold in the dispenser. Also the girl working here which is extremely nice cut her finger opened when I walked in and asked her if they had a first aid kit and she said no, so I took care of her with the first aid kit in my work van. Corporate should come here and take a look at everything and make sure it’s up to code and that there is proper cleaning rotocols being met as well.

Ordered 2 subs, chip with drink. Did not receive the chips and drink. ( could have been the door dasher or both). Wanted both toasted.. got not toasted. Veggies on both subs were swapped. Also didn’t get any of the dressings on the subs. Other than all that, it was great. Lol

Edit: tried calling this location multiple times. No answer. Emailed a week ago, no answer. All I want to inquire about is my either refund or remake. Ridiculous!!

Ample parking outside, Clean, well set up inside for covid w/ some.booths blocked off, sandwich station is clean, staff wearing masks & gloves. Super friendly staff that made our subs perfectly to order. Save yourself time and use the app. They get a printout immediately & can make the sandwiches & theyre ready to go, plus you can use the coupons. One of the better subways I’ve visited.
