Was just in tonight at 530 to pick up pizzas for the superbowl. Understandablely a busy night, I didn’t mind the wait because I understood. An older gentleman was irate because his walk in order kept getting bumped down the list because of orders that were placed for a specific time. I placed my order at 130 this afternoon. He kept yelling at the cashier and causing a scene. The lead in the back, I guess she was the manager, had to come out and talk to him. She was respectful and explained the situation. As she was walking back he started yelling more and talking down to everyone. I want to applaud her and how she handled everything. Stood up for her employees while trying to diffuse the situation. All the employees were very polite, they always are.
Be nicer to service workers. It’s not their fault you waited until the last minute to get a pizza on maybe the busiest day of the year.

They messed up my order and offered a credit the driver was really nice well when I called in for the credit the manager kept getting smart with me and being ignorant. Will never order again and reaching out to corporate! She needs to be fired immediately

My husband and I decided to give Domino’s a try last night after hearing rave reviews since their opening. Unfortunately, our first experience left us with mixed feelings.
We ordered 1 large hand-tossed pizza with pepperoni, 1 order of 8-piece Garlic Parm wings, and 1 order of 8-piece Habanero wings, all totaling $26.04. Despite high expectations, we were left thoroughly disappointed, particularly with the wings.
The Wings, costing roughly $17, were the major letdown of the evening. To put it bluntly, they did not taste like meat. It’s challenging to find a better term than “undercooked meat” to describe them. The texture and flavor were off, making the entire order practically inedible. We ended up trashing the wings, which was disheartening given the price we paid for them.
On a more positive note, the pizza managed to salvage our meal to some extent. While it was decent, it couldn’t compensate for the disappointment we experienced with the wings.

If I could, I would give zero star. I went to the store with my family. All the workers were white. They started making face at us. They did not use gloves and hair net while making pizza. It was so nasty and messy. I wish I had pictures. We asked if we could use the restroom and they said yes. My sister was waiting for them at the counter for the workers so she can order. They weren’t taking orders then after 10 min they came and we ordered. she just nobbed and left. Then I also went to the counter to order but they did not come to us. suddenly yelled at us, saying we can not walk around cause we weren’t wearing gloves and hair net!

Away order online and is always ready in a timely manner. The employees were always friendly and greeted as soon as I entered the doorway. We have got excellent food from here.

I’m so thankful for the kindness I was shown today. I ordered a pizza in-store with my children with me, who happen to be on the autism spectrum. It’s an exciting weekend so they were all over the place and I was having a hard time managing. An employee came over and explained that they understood it can be hard as a parent and that it’s all good from their end. While we were waiting, my younger son got a bloody nose and was panicking. They allowed us to use their restroom to clean up and made sure our pizzas were ready for us after. Thank you!!

Ordered a pizza for lunch today and was not impressed usually go to the ephrata one but was closer to this one so went here but will definitely not come here again. pizza was beyond greasy, everything slide off when you picked it up, toppings were little to none on half the pizza, and also got an expired marinara cup that was covered in something on the bottom.

Happened twice already. Ordered via phone, and when we come to the place, they can not find our order. Place hires kids who have no clue what they are doing, cashier is rather rude. What is happening, why do you have such a long faces telling is you have working there. These places come and go, and this one will definitely go soon with such a disrespect

We ordered delivery shortly after they first opened. 2.5 hours later and several calls trying to talk to someone…and being lied to, it finally showed up. Terrible food.
Gave them another chance 6 months+ later- but we decided to pick up, just in case delivery was too difficult for them. Online said 9 mins for pickup…turned out to be 55 mins and my wife came home with no food. Said she was giving up.
Remember the 30 min guarantee this business used to have? They would have been out of business a week after opening.
Try somewhere else, I would not trust this place to pet my dog, yet alone walk it. I don’t even have a dog. 100% sucks!
