The noodles were perfectly chewy and tossed in a rich, savory sauce that coated every bite without being heavy. The chicken was tender and flavorful, topped with fresh herbs and crispy shallots that added great texture and aroma. The egg in the middle brought everything together, making the dish extra comforting and satisfying.
The light chicken broth on the side was a perfect balance—clear, fragrant, and soothing, great for sipping between bites or pouring over the noodles if you want it a little wetter. Fresh greens and bean sprouts on the side kept everything bright and fresh.
Simple, balanced, and full of flavor. Definitely a dish I’d come back for. ✨

We decided to try Mi By Night after driving by so many times and were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.
Service was excellent! The waitress was sweet and accommodating. We also had a chance to chat briefly with the owner and it was obvious they really cared about their establishment.
The atmosphere was very homey and authentically Vietnamese.
As for food, we enjoyed both the items that were ordered.
Mi Kho Anchovy Sauce Hai San – these were dry noodles with an anchovy based sauce and seafood. Very well seasoned and delicious! The seafood was the highlight though! Shrimps were plump and juicy, squid and octopus were extremely tender.
Hi Tieu Muc Dac Biet – rice noodles in a rich and hearty broth The seafood was once again the highlight. Everything from the shrimp, squid, and fish balls were phenomenal.
We cannot wait to come back and sample the rest of the menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking to sample authentic Vietnamese noodle dishes

I grew up in Houston and have tried almost all the Vietnamese spots in town, this spot is my new favorite. Its super clean which I appreciate, and theres little details like chopstick holder cover to keep dust off eating utensils. Service was friendly, helpful and food came out promptly. I also liked they have alot if items you dont typically see. The coffee was genuinely the best cà phê sữa đá Ive ever tried.

Another great place to try! The portions are generous and packed with fresh veggies. I ordered the mì ngũ vị — flavorful and satisfying. My mom had the mì hoành thánh tôm and really enjoyed it. My dad went with the pho and had no complaints. Clean, casual spot with tasty noodles — worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Great place for mi kho (dry noodles) or hu tieu during dinner hours. It opens from 4pm-1am on weekdays and 11am-1am on Sat and Sun. Closed on Wednesday. You also get a complimentary serving of xi quach (pork bones with meat and marrow). Food and portion was perfect. Restaurant is also decorated nicely and makes you feel like you’re in Vietnam!

I randomly came here because I had a friend in from out of town that one in Vietnamese food. Neither one of us had ever tried this place before, so we decided to go there because of the reviews. Upon walking in, you’re taking back into the streets of Hoi An. The servers are wearing ao dais and the soft tone and kindness reminds me of the times I have gone to Vietnam. I had the glass noodles with the pork belly and it was beyond delicious. I am still dreaming about it. My friend had the egg noodles (mi) with the beef mix and that was also very good. It’s nothing fancy or over the top. It’s affordable, authentic, and so freaking good. If you want something that’s is memorable, I highly recommend this place.

I went for lunch and got the mi xa xiu. Really flavorful broth and the meat is really tasty. I would definitely visit again when I’m in the area. The auntie and uncle here are very accommodating and friendly .

Tried their hu tieu! It was sooooo good! Im no expert but I always loved Phanh Ky (still tdo) but hủ tiếu at Mi was next level. Our new favorite whenever we are around the area. Pro tip, order to go. We ate here dine in and my hair smelled like hủ tiếu for 2 days even after multiple shampoos! Not sure if the exhaust fans in the kitchen were working . Place looks nice its in the old Pho Bin by night. Staff were friendly.

Food is good and reasonably priced, and the staff is nice. The only downside is that the owners’ attitude wasn’t very welcoming—they could have been friendlier. When I paid, they didn’t let me know whether the transaction went through, didn’t ask if I needed a receipt, and stayed silent after I signed. I wasn’t sure what was going on. Overall, I’d still come back.
