Located in the western region of Minnesota, Table Two Twelve Chophouse Montevideo and River Crest Golf Course have been in the Montevideo area since 1923. To give the clubhouse a modern feel while maintaining its historical presence, Table Two Twelve went through a major renovation and demolition project. Today, we offer a refined dining experience with contemporary decor. We also provide catering, a dedicated event center, and host weddings and receptions, both indoors and on the golf course.

We’ve had our wedding reception in this venue and it was a 5-star delight. The venue layout is convenient for any type of event; the staff were harmoniously synchronized to our needs and delivered an exceptional service; the food was beyond amazing, given our special requests for organic ingredients, and the creation of our own recipes (yea, we requested specific recipes and they delivered them). Our reception run from 2 pm to 11 pm. The staff helped prepare the venue and removed all decorations at the end of the night. No doubt, this is the venue where we’ll be hosting our future events.

Our server, Alexis was very knowledgeable as we ask questions about the chophouse. The area that we ate in. Simply decorated was warm enough on a very cold day and the food taste and presentation terrific. We shared a brownie with a caramel crunch ice cream for dessert. We will be back for both the brunch and dinner.

My partner and I were in Montevideo this weekend for Fiesta Days. We were not finding many gluten free options until we discovered Shelia and Table Two Twelve Chophouse.
I’m not sure which was better, the delicious meal Shelia made (she is the proprietor, chef, and menu maker) or her outstanding customer service!
Even if you don’t have Celiac Disease (like I do) you should check out Table Two Twelve Chophouse for its great food and top notch service. If you have Celiac Disease you owe it to yourself to add Table Two Twelve Chophouse to your itinerary the next time you’re in Montevideo!

Booked on OpenTable but they did not see it. Not sure they know how to find reservations using that platform.
Service needs improvement when more then 6 tables have patrons.
Walleye entree was disappointing because it was encased in a crust that was just too much.

Very disappointed. We made reservations for 12. Not a big party! We were given limited menu items they told us because we came as a group! Seems only the highest priced items were on this menu with only choices of baked or mashed potato and a salad. A few of our guest were older and would of liked a lighter choice or perhaps a soup. Felt this was not the way you treat your guests. Why couldn’t we order off the whole menu! Food was just ok

Came here for my birthday with husband. The food is amazing I had my steak medium rare and that’s how I got it! Drinks were great to. Are waitress was amazing along with the other staff, great team work. Will recommend to others!

Came with family just after Christmas. Everything we ate was fantastic, as was the service. Would go back without hesitation. Ordered an old fashioned, which was made perfectly (complete with a large square ice cube). The table shared both the cauliflower and onion rings for appetizers and everyone loved them. My father in law proclaimed the cauliflower the best he’s ever had. The dipping sauce for the onion rings was surprisingly good. My mother in law and I each had the walleye for our main meals. Serving size was big and satisfying. I actually used the leftover dipping sauce from the onion rings on my walleye and that proved to be the perfect pairing. My wife got the salmon, which was big and cooked perfectly. Can’t emphasize enough how every part of our meal was spot-on, from the appetizers to the sides to the main meals; it was all terrific.
