I loved ordering the orange chicken from here but this time I ordered and I received the driest chicken with no sauce that would go on the chicken. I think it’s a different order since there’s like a bread coating layered this time around the chicken. I didn’t check the order when I left becuase when my partner asked the cashier what kind of flavoring would the Lou mein be , she was very rude. The attitude plus heat, I didn’t want to be in there any more than I had to. I’ll consider this a loss. No receipt was available either.

I’ve had 3 orders made wrong after specific requests were made. To take the orders and write down the requests and still mess it up is lack of customer service and concern. I’m paying for this I expect what I ask for. You lie and tell me I don’t have something in my food that I said to eliminate and I’m sitting her looking at it is poor management. I have allergies If I ask to remove something do that. I will not return and I suggest you not as well.

This my friends it what we like to call GARBAGE !! It honestly should be illegal to have food this tasteless and for them to give only the bare minimal of ingredients is disgusting. Like really!! The only great thing about this place is the young lady that checked me out. Honey, please go somewhere else worthy of your exceptional customer service skills. This place is a disgrace to the food community. I have had my fair share of Chow Mei Fung and this ain’t it. Do yourself a favor and save your money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! Please note, the other reviews about this place they are not lying. I will also add I ordered two plates of Mei Fung and they both looked like they are running low in ingredients. Fire the chef and shut down this place until y’all can revamp your food.!

After more than 25 years, I won’t be coming back. Not ever. I ordered honey chicken. It’s always been the same. Chicken covered in a thick honey sauce. Not this time.

I got a box of chicken that’s not sauced.
A bowl of some soup looking stuff that heals of rice vinegar and has the consistency of water.

This is not what I ordered.

We called and they just decided to change it. However they didn’t care to mention that BEFORE I ordered.

I feel ripped off.

Such a shame. It was such a nice family business. Different generation I guess. The food isn’t the same. It’s hasn’t been for a little while. I overlooked the other things but not this. This is not acceptable.

They say people complained it was soggy. That’s because someone is making the sauce different than it always has been. They should have fixed the sauce. Not changed the entire thing. At the very least they could have said something, BEFORE.

It’s downright disgusting. I can’t eat it. I can’t get past the strong odor and flavor of vinegar. The chicken itself is too hard to eat on its own.

We are visiting and wanted Chinese. So, reluctantly, we tried this restaurant. Ordering online was simple and the food was ready on time for pickup. Young lady at the counter was pleasant. That’s where anything good to say ends. This is probably the worst Chinese food we’ve had. We are here from the west coast where Chinese food rocks. The Kung Pao Chicken, my go to, was awful. No spice, no taste. We also tried Pork Szechuan style. The sauce literally tasted like ketchup. I would rather not have Chinese than to spend my money here. Sorry but it just wasn’t good.

How do you undercook fried rice? the mongolian beef was like 95% onion and flavorless trust me dont be worried about it being spicy its not 0 out of 10 absolutely garbage if I wasnt hungry id just throw it away do not waste your money

Ordered a honey Chicken lunch special for pickup. Took about 15 minutes to get there from the time I ordered. The food was ready when I got there & the employee was friendly. The food was fresh & hot as usual. I will say this particular dish is pretty sweet & the chicken was fried a little hard for my taste.

ordered food (selection is large, we stood at the counter for ages making our order), sat at one of the two tables, and then was told the service dog that had been with us the whole time was not welcome to stay in the restaurant. Blamed it on their customers. We cancelled our order and left.

I am so dissatisfied with my experience i just had. i order from here 4-5 times a month and i order the same exact thing every single!!! They messed my order up and then told me to come back for it to be replaced and then told me they couldn’t replace it after i drove back up there!! Then called me back and said they would replace it again after I got back home!!!! will blast this business bc of how they handled the issue!!! I will make daily reviews and post on social media i am so disgusted with the smugness and attitudeof the 2 girls at the counter..
