Ordered a salad from Sunrise Pizzeria. This is what I got, an old salad. Called them and was told I would get another one . After 30 minutes waiting called them back and was told they were waiting for delivery driver to come back. The owners must be new cause this never happened before to me.

I live near and order delivery from them often. It’s always easy, they all are always friendly, and repeat my order. After probably 50 plus orders at least… They have never gotten anything wrong beside a small detail in which wasn’t worth mebtioning. I mentioned it in my next order and was handled perfectly. The delivery drivers are always nice .. never make me feel uncomfortable. When they knock they step away, always have a pen handy and are polite. Foods always good and consistent. My food is always earlier than quoted as well.

My neighbor and I have often picked up pizzas from Sunrise on Jefferson. Lately I’ve taken to ordering delivery, due to the corona virus situation. Their delivery person has always been very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very bad experience that’s outweighed all the previous positive experiences. My daughter ordered a pizza and salad from their website Monday, 6/22/20, at 6:30. It came to about $30, and she added a $10 tip, which we do often in the current situation. It never arrived. The online tracking never showed it getting past preparation. We’ve tried calling several times, that night and the next day, and there’s been no answer. We even tried calling one of their other locations, to see if they knew of a problem. They said they had no way of knowing. The $38 or so has appeared on my credit card. We subsequently ordered from Anna’s on Warwick, and it was here in about 40 minutes, although by then it was nearly 10PM! The Anna’s pizza was great, but they do only take cash these days, so be prepared for that.

I have not had the experiences that others seem to be having. I have been ordering from Sunrise since 2009. Their food is decent, but the portions are a good size and the prices are fair. You get what you pay for and I feel the for the price its pretty good. The drivers are always nice to me, if I ever had a conflict with my order (which is very rare) they were apologetic and were quick to give me a new one.

I’ve had deliveries from both locations. This review stands for both, everything on the menu I or my coworkers at Mary Immaculate ER have ordered has been fantastic!. If there is a problem you get your order corrected ASAP. Personally I’m hooked and have hooked other people on the broccoli bites, many places do them, but Sunrise does them right.Wraps, salads, burgers, wings, you can’t go wrong anything you order. I have always felt their family vibe. Only bad thing is their website, but there is always someone at the store who can patiently help you and still give you your specials. I will always go to Sunrise, they are convenient, pleasant and delicious.If for some reason there will be a delay, you will be notified.

I would like to start off with saying I have several years in the service industry. Both as a team member and a manager. I have never been treated nor treated someone with the disrespect I received from the Jefferson location. My husband and I received a mailer with the menu on it and were really excited to try something new. We moved to the area about 2 weeks ago from California. We decided to place an order online and see if we had found a new favorite spot. About 30 minutes later a driver showed up at our door with the wrong order and had to contact the other driver to have them switched. An hour after placing our order, we finally received it. Both my husbands order and my own were very cold. I contacted the store and spoke with several peoples explaining what was going on. Finally I was told that they could not refund our order or send out a new order due to the fact it was late. I was told that next time we called in, our orders would be covered as long as they were both under $10. I was really upset thinking I would never even call to order something again after sitting on hold for a very long time and having managers speak to me with attitude as if it was my fault the food was cold. Today we decided to give it another try and after calling in and placing our order, I thought everything would be ok at this point. Then I got a call back from the location saying that the manger was only going to approve taking $10 off the whole order. That was not what I was told and that was not what was put on the receipt in the store. I am just amazed how the manager was talking to me and then turned around and went back on what I was told when my order was messed up the first time. And to top it all off, not one person apologized for anything. I am beyond upset at this point. How can you have people in that position running your stores and allow them to push away new customers. I will NOT be ordering from this company again until something is done about this. And I hate to say this, but I will also be giving negative reviews. Worst customer service I have EVER received.

I drive a truck and deliver to Home Depot next door often and I decided to try Sunrise out today.. I was very impressed at how friendly the staff was. Ryan was awesome . Gave me a hook up on a pizza that was ordered and wasn’t picked up. For the first time ever I had plenty of pepperoni on a pizza. I thought the pizza was great….will definitely be stopping here again…I ran a thriving restaurant for 4 years and I can tell you every restaurant needs a employee like Ryan!

The manager Anissa took my order told me that it would be delivered in 35 -45. At a hour I spoke to her again and she stated it’s on its way. She wasn’t every sympathic and in another ten minutes, I called and cancelled. The delivery driver showed up 1hour and thirty minutes later, after my order was put in. I will be calling the owner tomorrow, something should be done with her management skills. Her and the pizza should receive a zero… I looked and they our only a half a mile away from my house, sad to say…

The food is great and the delivery drivers are always so courteous. The problem is that 1 of every 5 orders shows up late (like 30+ minutes) and we always order at least 1.5 hours ahead. Nobody ever offers an explanation, just “sorry” and never does anything like give you a discount on your next order. The poor delivery drivers always apologize even when none of it was their fault (we live 5 minutes away). We also had an order wrong once and when the manager made ti wrong a second time he said it was our fault. He didn’t care that it was a reorder online of something they’d made correctly twice before. When I tried to explain how to read his own order he got mad but finally made it right once I offered to come up there and do it for him (guess he didn’t want to meet). I eventually got a 20% discount out of him as well. By the time it was all over it was 3 hours after I had originally wanted the pizza.
Food is great but service could suck depending on the Manger that night.

We pulled up and almost didn’t go in. It doesn’t look like much on the outside but it just proves you can’t judge a book by its cover. The pizza was huge and really good! The prices were great, and Rachel the girl at the counter was terrific and went out of her way to make our lunch a great experience! Seriously go in and eat there, you will love it!
