A nice little bar on the beach. Cuban sandwich was great. Nachos were good, nothing special. Only issue was it’s on a resort and was hard to find with no parking unless you were staying at the resort. We parked there anyways. The beach is just a short walk from the bar. Prices were reasonable, especially for a tourist area. Waitress was awesome.

We had an unfortunate experience for lunch at this place. There were 3 of us going for lunch. We sat for 15 minutes-no one came to greet or wait on us. I went to the bar to get menus and bring back to our table. 10 mins later we had the bar waitress. We ordered drinks and food. Time to get the food was long – so don’t expect a quick turn. The food was very good. Unfortunately again – our server never came back to check on us or get another drink or even water. There was another waiter working the area but he never came by either. I had to walk up to the bar to get our check and pay. Bad overall service to say the least. Four and drinks were delicious.

Heard the tiki bar reopened and had to check it out for myself. I walked over from the beach and I am pleased to report that it is AWESOME! The setup is almost identical to what it was before Ian, but better. Bobby, Krystal, and Jaycell were so kind. They were very busy but you can tell they’re invested. They made phenomenal drink recommendations and the food was better than what I remember. I used to love their quesadillas and that’s what I got this time, and it was so good. The prices are very affordable compared to other places on the island. The bocce ball court is no longer there, however they mentioned that they would be bringing back live music. I am so excited that the tiki bar is back and I highly recommend stopping by for one of their awesome new drinks when you get a chance.
The drinks below are the dirty banana and the blue lagoon.

Cool little tiki bar on the Sanibel beach. The best way to get here is the hidden path off the beach and that’s where you find the magic.

Happy to see Island Time back! We had great service and yummy drinks. Mikey G and Cass-erole behind the bar were very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. You should visit just to meet them! The grounds around the property are also back & beautiful. We talked with the GM of the restaurants on property, Andrew for a while. Can’t forget the bartender at Dante’s, Shoobbert ⭐️. So nice to have people who care about their establishment, strive for good food/beverage and are relatable to their customers. Also just steps off the beach, so a place we visit every time in town. Recommend enjoying a beverage and anything off the menu. *And kid friendly

Giving a five star rating because the overall experience was good. The drinks were not made correctly the first time, ingredients listed on the menu were not used, but when asked, the server acknowledged the mistake and remade the drinks no problem. They were also out of several things. However, the staff was clearly working hard to ensure a good experience for everyone and made it right when needed. This place was great before the hurricanes and we are glad it’s back open! Give it a try!

Had some random dude with a crappy walk talkie and tennis balls in his hand walk up and say we cannot patronize the bar anymore. We are FL natives & locals that have always been patrons of this bar bc of the obvious. A long time ago we spoke with mgmt and they stated we can definitely patronize the bar and walk out to the PUBLIC beach. Now we were told thats magically not a thing anymore. We’ll never be back. How unprofessional and ungrateful for locals that give business all year long, even through the dead season months. Shame on y’all. Just another snowbirds catering, local hating spot.

It was a perfect mix of beach vibes, great food, and laid-back atmosphere. The setting alone is worth it—near the water with breezy open seating, and that relaxed island energy.
The fish and chips were perfectly golden, crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The coconut shrimp had a light, crispy coating with just the right amount of sweetness, paired with a tangy dipping sauce that balances it out beautifully.
Service is friendly and unhurried, which matches the island setting perfectly. Grab a cold drink, pick something to snack on, and enjoy the ocean breeze.
Only thing to watch out for is the unavoidable Ceratopogonidae aka no-see-ums. Make sure to use insect repellent or wear long sleeves.

Best beach bar on Sanibel! Drinks are perfect balance—not too sweet, and great price compared to other beach bars nearby. Food is good too for a beach lunch!
