The food and service here is usually pretty good. Although, my one complaint would be that every time I come here, the texture and the size of vegetables is always inconsistent. Some days, they’re huge and take up space in most of the bowl. I don’t enjoy having to bite on a huge piece of cucumber or onion. Other days though, it’s cut nice and small and I enjoy the days they’re cut like that.

Honestly, the most disappointing meal of my life I think. I get the same thing at every Pokemoto place I go to, and everything about this joint was wrong. The tofu tasted weird, the avocado tasted rotten, the entire thing was absolutely drowned in sauce. The rice was all clumped together. I thought stirring it around would make it better, and taking the avocado off would make it at least edible, but no. My boyfriend and I ended up just throwing it out after a few bites because we didn’t want it to make us sick. We left sad and hungry. Don’t go here.

Wanted to try a new poké bowl place and I don’t think I’m going to order from here again. Before even opening my bowl I could smell a fishy smell coming from the bowl. Deciding to give it the benefit of the doubt I tried the salmon. I had to stop to figure out if the salmon was cooked or not. The texture was tough and dry but the inside was soft. The salmon has definitely gone bad and wasn’t fresh. Since I spent like $20+ getting it delivered and wasn’t trying to starve on my lunch I picked out every piece and enjoyed some $20 plain rice. (UPDATE: threw the whole thing out cuz the salmon had my stomach messed up :))

I would give a 0 if I could. See the attached pictures. I ordered 2 CHICKEN pokes and 1 CHICKEN burrito. (There was NO CHICKEN at all) I paid 68 for just RICE!!!! The most expensive kilogram of rice I ever had. Don’t buy here. Price and quantity ratio it’s insane!!

Horrible. I ordered 2 poke bowls, Diet Coke and soup and received just one bowl! They couldn’t do anything to solve my problem. Also, Super expensive for just rice and couple pieces of salmon

I got a salmon bowl here and when I was ordering I noticed that the salmon looked a bit weird, but when I noticed she had already begun making my bowl so I didn’t say anything. After I got home I checked an individual piece and there was a black spot in it and it was definitely not fresh.

Pretty good food quality but what I think they excel at is their portion size. My order is always so stuffed and dense that I have trouble even opening the container. I highly recommend this place just for that alone. Food quality is good as well, with a large variety of toppings which have yet to disappoint me. I plan to keep coming back for overstuffed pokebowls in the immediate future 🙂

the place is okay. i went in and the worker who made my food was okay, he could’ve been more welcoming and i felt kinda rushed. the chicken was cold and the food wasn’t the best. i’ve tried the pokomoto in New Haven and it was the best I’ve ever had. the bowls are very expensive. I asked for shrimp but they just had it in a container and it wasn’t even done. wouldn’t recommend this specific place, if you’re craving the bowls go somewhere else

I have been a frequent customer but today was the last straw. I have never had much trouble here before and the food is good. However when I placed an order and was then lied to on the phone two times. They told me that they could have messed the order up. Then they proceed to tell me that the order was wright and I did not know what i was talking about. I ordered $150 worth of food and received 3 bowls 2 of which were wrong. Then they refused to give me a refund. I will never be ordering from here again.
