If I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would. We came in after the Christmas walk and they sat us right away. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server and bartender were so nice! The owner of the business was making her way around every table checking in on everyone and even expressed her gratitude to everyone choosing to come to eat there tonight. The tacos were so good and fresh and my margarita was amazing! Thank you so much for an amazing meal. We cannot wait to come back!

When you first enter, there is a distinctly friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Staff are extremely attentive and are experts at their craft, from the owner, Mona, to all of the servers, and bartender. The chef and kitchen staff definitely know what they are doing, and every dish had in this visit was the standard by which other restauranteurs should be measured.
Price point and quantity are wonderful. If you walk away hungry, you did something wrong. We started our meal with a cucumber margarita (glass rim with Tajin – highly recommended) and a jalapeno margarita (again with Tajin – highly recommended). The cucumber give a refreshing taste while the jalapeno gives you the great flavor without the heat.
For our meal, we started with the homemade salsa and chips as well as the guacamole. Easily some of the best I have ever had! We followed up with the dippers (hand breaded Chihuahua cheese deep fried and served with the house made hot sauce) is a definitely a repeat visit magnet!
For our entrees we had shredded chicken nachos (ENORMOUS SERVING and big enough for friends to share), and a steak burrito. I have to note here that I’ve had A LOT of steak burritos in my life, and every one of them had a chunk of fat or grizzle it then, but not here. Mona said if you can find fat or grizzle in her steak, she’ll give you your money back.
Honestly, this restaurant is a hidden gem. If I could give 10⭐ I would!

I drove 2 hrs to try the new Italian menu. Well worth it! It will be a hard choice to make next visit, Mexican or Italian! I highly recommend this restaurant, food is great, portions are huge and prices are very reasonable.

I was at an event where their food truck was and the food was absolutely amazing! The staff is dedicated and charismatic! I had order their chicken taco, steak and pastor taco. All of which were flavorful and juicey a little more salsa and it would be *chef’s kiss* but it was a great experience overall! I can’t wait to come in and check out the restaurant if that was only my experience with the food truck!

Freddie’s Off The Chain is one of my favorite places to eat. My go-to’s are the steak tacos and pastor tacos. Good value, solid margaritas (watermelon was awesome!) great service, homemade chips, great salsa, ginormous Nachos, what’s not to love? I think today was my 7th or 8th time eating here since we discovered it and it gets better every time.

I recently visited a new restaurant that has just opened its doors, and while I appreciate their efforts, my experience was a bit underwhelming. The food didn’t quite meet my expectations; it felt as though it was pre-cooked and simply reheated before serving. For a restaurant specializing in Mexican cuisine, I found the flavors lacking. It seems to lean more towards a Tex-Mex style, which may not align with traditional tastes.
I believe there is potential for improvement, and I hope they can refine their recipes and provide a more authentic experience. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and attentive. However, I do wonder if they are fully prepared for a larger influx of customers. Wishing them the best as they grow and develop their menu!

The food was okay and the owners were nice. My main issue was the lack of communication and transparency when ordering. When it came time to pay, we intended to use a specific card but were then told the restaurant was cash only due to a system error. We were offered the option to use their ATM and were told they would reimburse the $3 fee.
I completely understand that system issues can happen, and the owner seemed a bit overwhelmed in the moment. However, informing customers that it was cash only before they ordered would have been helpful so people could make an informed decision. We weren’t prepared to use a different form of payment at that point.
I don’t recall seeing a cash-only sign on the front door, though it’s possible it could have been missed since there were several other signs posted. Overall, clearer communication upfront would have made the experience smoother.

We were extremely excited when we heard they were opening up a location! We ALWAYS ate from their food truck! Just like their food truck, their food did NOT disappoint! Very delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

I originally had these guys at a carnival from their food truck and loved them. So glad they have an actual restaurant now, the food is still really good. Took a little longer than expected to get our order but I imagine the staff is still getting use to running an actual restaurant. The Steak Tacos, Refried Beans, and Rice were all awesome. My daughter really liked the Chicken Tacos on the kids menu as well. We will definitely be going back. Give em a try if you’re in the area!

The food is amazing, super fresh, flavorful, and the portions are huge. The steak and chicken tacos are my favorites. You can really tell everything’s made with care. The vibe is fun and laid back, and the staff is so friendly. The owner is honestly the sweetest. She stops by the tables to make sure everything is ok, and you can tell she truly cares.
The margaritas are on point! Perfect mix of sweet and strong. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick drink and good atmosphere.
