Love this quiet place. The coffee is good and they serve you a real ham steak and not pressed ham. The omelette is done well and I asked for crispy hash browns and guess what I got crispy hash browns. Glad I came here

I can’t believe I had to give less than 5 stars. It’s been many years since I’ve been there but I’ve always talked about the incredible pancakes.
I just went there today and was surprised that the pancakes were goopy. The eggs ordered hard we’re runny.
And…. CASH ONLY? That’s right. It’s cash only. It was probably that way years ago but I didn’t remember. And we all know those people who like to take a stand on tradition and make fun of modern times.
I think this place is great for farmers and anyone with a rifle in the back window of their pickup. It’s actually okay as a basic hometown diner with flip flops hanging on the wall. Don’t expect anything creative. But you might like it.

I’ve never gotten anything from here that I don’t like, and the prices are exactly reasonable in my opinion.
I love the eggs and the potatoes and the vegetables, the only thing I don’t like is when I get something like biscuits and gravy or something with a lot of carbs then I get super tired afterwards, but that has nothing to do with the restaurant itself. Their food is super good and it’s affordable.
Oh yeah also they used canned mushrooms which I don’t really like but it’s not enough to make me not eat them.

Our waitress was nice but forgot about us after bringing our drinks and it was over 20 minutes before we could flag her down to take our order. One meal was supposed to have no onions and it was brought with onions. Two of us had undercooked sausage links. Our waitress didn’t check back to refill drinks.
The hash browns and biscuits and gravy were excellent.
The restaurant is cash only but does have an ATM inside.

Went in for breakfast today and had a great experience.
My server was very quick to get me a drink and take my order. She was very friendly.
The food came out super quick and was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted delicious and the pricing was fair.

One of the few breakfast/lunch places in the Sister Lakes area. Decent food and nice people. Basic egg and breakfast dishes (omlets, skillets, pancakes, etc.), along with lunch offerings. Gets crowded on the weekends, so plan on waiting for a while to get a table.
