This food is extremely bland, the rice is soggy, completely flavorless, and tastes like water almost, the beans are also completely flavorless, the tortillas are soggy and seem like they never touched the grill.
The Al Pastor was also pretty flavorless.
The churro cheesecake bites are about the only thing going for this place, I would give those 3 out of 5 stars, still kind of lacking flavor (cinammon, sugar.)
The food here needs a lot more effort put into it.

This food truck just recently opened close to where I live and it has become my favorite food truck so far. The food has been very well seasoned and the service has been very friendly every visit. I believe they said they just opened Saturday and I have already been back twice since then. Definitely recommend trying this place out ! They were also very accommodating to any food restrictions I had

As a large man I am picky about my tacos and quesidillas. These are great tacos!!! I got 3 Asada tacos and an asada quesidilla. Everything was seasoned perfectly and The quesidilla was stuffed with the proper amount of cheese as well as meat. Most places get this horribly wrong. Everything was perfect down to the lime wedges. I got a lime wedge for each taco! Plenty of cilantro and onions on the tacos too. I wish I could give more stars. Great job yall!!!

Ordered a torta de asada a few days ago the torta was warm and crispy it was delicious, they added a perfect amount of meat to topping every bite I took it got a bit of everything. My brother ordered the tacos and really enjoyed them as well. Returned today and tried the burrito bowl and it was really good! Will continue to come to try all of their items. Great service with friendly employees!

I live near by and my roomie and i did a “family” gathering and ordered basically one of everything. Portions are perfect, meals are very fresh, service was friendly and atmosphere was relaxing for location! Gonna be coming back much more often. Personally, I love their tacos and burritos #drooool

I see others have had great experiences here, so I may try them again, but my first visit was not great. The carne asada tacos were dry and lacked flavor. Also, no lime wedges, which would have helped.

This food truck just recently opened. I got a quesadilla with pastor meat. It was hot, meat was juicy and well seasoned. It came with guacamole and sour cream and some shredded lettuce on the side. I recommend you to check them out.

Decided to give this cart a try. There was a large take out order ahead of me, so I was told it would be about 10 mins. I was happy to wait, as I knew it was being made fresh. I was deeply disappointed when my bag of food was handed to me, I felt the bottom of the bag, and felt no warmth. Indeed when I got home, nearly five minutes away. I opened my container to find a cold burrito. I dont even know if the chicken was warmed from the get go. 13 bucks for the burrito, and a 2 dollar tip…..(maybe the tip was the problem, but it is a food cart, and I took to go….maybe they are still working the bugs out, but to me a cold burrito was less than appetizing.
