From the get go. We got attitude from Lucero and coworker on shift. If they don’t like their job or they are un happy they should Quit. We definitely not returning to this place again. Just look how they keep the cookies you should imagine the rest.

We came into the store and they mentioned that the card reader wasn’t working and that they were only taking cash. They also told us that they turned off the toaster because they were about to close. Mind you they close at 10 pm and when we went it was 8:45 pm. Also we had another experience with this store where they were open but had no bread prepped. What kind of sandwich shop has no bread?!? We gave this store another shot but that was a mistake lol Horrible service.

Resteraunt atmosphere is different when there is no manager present. I usually come when the manager is there and you can feel some tension between employees and the manager. The manager does not care about the customers and how they would feel when watching her or at least hearing her scold an employee. Now I have been here where the manager is not present and the atmosphere is more pleasant and relaxed. The quality in my opinion is higher during these hours since the employees don’t feel the stress from the fear of making a mistake.

Went in at 10am to order 4 footlong sandwiches to be picked up by my husband at 6pm . He went to pick up sandwiches and they were not ready. They had to make them right then. Didn’t give my 4th sandwich that I had paid for. These people didn’t know what they were doing and didn’t have the sandwich containers. They were just put in a subway box. They didn’t give my husband the receipt back, the one I gave him that I had paid. I will not use that subway anymore.

They are fast and nice they don’t mess up but they always run out of broccoli cheese soup by the end of the week and right now they are needing to get their air conditioner fixed but other than no broccoli cheese soup and it being a bit warm in there ( this can be a good thing if you go to this Subway when it’s a cold day ha ha )

They always make a good sa dwich the manager knows me from going in so much and she sees my husband and she’s makes my sandwich without him saying anything that’s what I call very good service not any more so much has changed just like the one said its different when the manager is there like they are scared and wont admit it they owe my husband 9dollars+ for a big mistake they made
