Was in the area looking for something light to eat. Drove by here and had to stop. I ordered the Fancy Nancy (?) on a croissant and got a scoop of the spicy pimento cheese as my side.
Pros:
1. Custumer service was great! They walked me through the menu and even let me get a little sample before I ordered.
2. The restaurant was clean and had a kind of homey feel for being a chain.
3. The food was tasty and fresh. I’ve been on a pimento cheese kick lately and theirs was good, especially with the crackers they gave.
4. The whole meal was very cheap.
5. The cookie they gave with the meal was delicious.
Cons:
1. Not as much fancy stuff in the chicken salad as I was expecting. It needed more nuts and fruit.
Overall, I’m glad I stopped here. The food was exactly what I was wanting and I would stop here again when I’m in the area.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this location. Egg salad has always been my go-to order here — honestly, it’s the main reason I choose Chicken Salad Chick over other lunch spots. So I was shocked to learn that this location has stopped serving it.
What makes it even more frustrating is that other Chicken Salad Chick locations are still offering egg salad, and I wasn’t given a clear explanation as to why it was discontinued here. It felt like the decision was brushed off, and as a loyal customer, that was really disappointing.
Unfortunately, without egg salad on the menu, I don’t see myself coming back to this location. It was the one thing I consistently ordered, and now I can’t get it anymore. I truly hope they bring it back in the future — if they do, I’ll happily return.

I stopped in a few days ago for lunch and ordered the chicken salad with grapes, apples and pecans. Well it was more like grape singular, there was literally only 1 large grape cut in half in the middle of my sandwich for the entire sandwich. It was kind of dry as well. The broccoli salad was amazing but it was just my side. I wish I’d have gotten just the broccoli salad. For the name to be chicken salad chick, I expected more of the sandwich. It was my 1st time ever going to this place and I probably won’t be back. Id definitely say it wasn’t worth the $13.

Great fresh food with friendly service. Just recently opened and have yet to try out other things on the menu but what we did order was very tasty. Ordered the Kickin Kay Lynne with chicken and dumplings soup and the Chicken Salad BLT with the Fancy Nancy style chicken salad. Look forward to going back giving the other items a try!

I ordered a seasonal salad with a side of lemon basil chicken salad plus a lemon basil chicken salad sandwich with a side of broccoli salad for me and my friend. I told her it wasn’t to go and then said ok yours is to go and the other meal is for here?? I was like huh, no, both are to go. It was very frustrating just placing the order as the girl was not listening, I had to repeat myself several times. I grabbed the food that I was given to go and went home. When I opened the bag, the sandwich and Broccoli salad was missing. The salad was the wrong salad too, plus it was withered and old lettuce with brown edges, withered tomatoes, slimy spinach, it was pretty disgusting. I called them and they apologized and said to come back, they would make the food when I got there. I got back over there and told them about the bad quality of the salad and that it wasn’t the right one and that I wanted a refund. The manager said ok, I’ll refund the $ and then I got instant attitude and dirty looks from every employee that worked there. I still got the sandwich and broccoli salad for my friend to eat and that was a mess. Typically, they put the broccoli salad in a cup because of the dressing, they just scooped the salad into a plastic container with the sandwich. He ate 1/2 the sandwich and the other 1/2 was so soggy with the dressing it wasn’t edible. The pickle slice was old and tethered too, it was tossed in the trash. Totally unprofessional and no quality control. They should double check the orders before letting the customer leave. They were not apologetic at all. I will never ever go back to that restaurant. Just ridiculous!

I tried this first time today. The girl was offended I didn’t tip for doing her job. Didn’t give me a number or ask if I wanted anything on my sammich. The chicken salad was dry, bread was gross and I sat next to register until someone asked if this was my order. $13 for a meal and was grossed out. Walmart has better chicken salad

Just came in at 3 today for the first time. So yummy! Told the girl ringing me up it was my first time and she gave me a cookie! It might of came with what I ordered i’m not sure but either way it made my day. We need one of these in lebanon but i’m willing to make the drive. great people and food. 🙂

Medical Rep here, I will never use them again. I called yesterday at 8:30am for a 10:30am delivery request today. The manager said they would be able to make it happen as the doctor’s office is 2 streets away. They did not deliver, they did not call, they no showed and after 40 minutes of waiting at the doctor’s office I physically went to CSC and they had the order in the back made and just sitting there. There were no apologies, no consideration, no restitution. My total was over $400.
